The beach and the tennis club are within five minutes by a private walling path through the domain (not visible on the map) and the town centre is a 15 minute walk away.

The house is in a secured domaine accessed by through a gate equipeed with cameras and different codes to enter/exit. The villa also has a burglar alarm.
The Croisette beach and the Sainte-Maxime Tennis Club are less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Two of Sainte-Maxime's best restaurants are situated on the Croisette beach (Les Petits Galets and Maxime Plage) and are open in the evenings as well. Both restaurants have nice private beaches with full service. The beaches next to the restaurants are public and have a lot of space. The villa is situated between two golf courses a short distance by car.
Sainte-Maxime's beautiful old town centre with restaurants, shops, harbour and boat shuttle to St Tropez is approx 15 minutes walk (along the croisette and beach) from the house.
A perfect evening walk would be to stroll along the newly renovated Croisette beach walk and have a drink at Les Petits Galets or maybe walk into the village and enjoy bustlings crowds and have an ice cream.
Its nice to leave the villa and pool to go down if only for a short swim in the sea and then go back up again. In the morning its nice to take a c. 12 minute walk to the very popular boulangerie for bread and croissants and stop for a morning swim on the way back.
The boat shuttle to St Tropez leaves from the harbour every 15 minutes high season and takes less than 15 minutes to cross the bay. Last boat during high season leaves approx 2am.
For those that have to work or need fast internet access, the house has a fiber connection with 400 Mbit/s internet access.
