About this property

LIMITED OFFER DUE TO LATE CANCELLATION - Villa with spectacular sea views

Very quiet private villa with the best possible location with heated pool and spectacular sea views spanning St Tropez, Gassin Village, the horizon, Sainte-Maxime and the surrounding hills. The beach and the tennis club are within five minutes by a private walling path through the domain (not visible on the map) and the town centre is a 15 minute walk away.

5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite). All bedrooms have sea views and direct access to terraces. Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen leading out to large main terrace with covered dining table and lounge area. All rooms equipped with air condition/heating.

Outdoor areas have been renovated with new Italian travertine stone. Pool renovated with new mosaic this summer. All outdoor furniture is of highest quality. Outdoor barbecue.
All indoor furniture (incl beds) of high quality.

The house is in a secured domaine accessed by through a gate equipeed with cameras and different codes to enter/exit. The villa also has a burglar alarm.

The Croisette beach and the Sainte-Maxime Tennis Club are less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Two of Sainte-Maxime's best restaurants are situated on the Croisette beach (Les Petits Galets and Maxime Plage) and are open in the evenings as well. Both restaurants have nice private beaches with full service. The beaches next to the restaurants are public and have a lot of space. The villa is situated between two golf courses a short distance by car.

Sainte-Maxime's beautiful old town centre with restaurants, shops, harbour and boat shuttle to St Tropez is approx 15 minutes walk (along the croisette and beach) from the house.

A perfect evening walk would be to stroll along the newly renovated Croisette beach walk and have a drink at Les Petits Galets or maybe walk into the village and enjoy bustlings crowds and have an ice cream.
Its nice to leave the villa and pool to go down if only for a short swim in the sea and then go back up again. In the morning its nice to take a c. 12 minute walk to the very popular boulangerie for bread and croissants and stop for a morning swim on the way back.

The boat shuttle to St Tropez leaves from the harbour every 15 minutes high season and takes less than 15 minutes to cross the bay. Last boat during high season leaves approx 2am.

For those that have to work or need fast internet access, the house has a fiber connection with 400 Mbit/s internet access.

Gorgeous views of Golfe de Saint-Tropez

The home is situated in the prime area with a full view of Gulf of St Tropez. We enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset (even fireworks) on the expansive balcony. The beach is about 10-15 min walk downhills, there’s two beach clubs with easy access and good food / drinks options. The old town of Sainte-Maxime is about 30 min walk, or 10 min drive with ease of parking. St Tropez is only 14km but could take up to an hour by car with the traffic; but could be easily accessed via boat shuttle that runs from St Maxime to St Tropez (15 min ride) with a view of yacht in the bay. We were traveling with two families, 5 adults and 3 young kids, we all had comfortable stay with five good size bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs each had an en-suite and newly renovated. The AC in one of the bedroom weren’t working during our stay unfortunately, however, the owner were very responsive on addressing the issue. Overall, we really enjoyed the villa and the pool; created a lot of wonderful memories. We look forward to come back and visit again!

Een heerlijk zonnig verblijf in Sainte Maxime

Dit jaar zijn we voor het eerst naar Villa La Vie en Rose geweest en we hebben het heerlijk gehad. De locatie is geweldig. Het strand is een korte wandeling vanaf het huis en het stadje ook. De ligging van het huis is perfect en het uitzicht is prachtig. Wat voor ons een verbeterpunt zou zijn is dat het huis een stuk schoner had gekund. De vuilnisbak was niet leeg, er lagen gebruikte pleisters bij het zwembad en kwam er een onaangename lucht uit de gootsteen wat een lek in de zwanenhals bleek te zijn. Het voelde alsof er niet goed was schoongemaakt. Ook kleine details als dat een aantal lampen het niet deden en het terras niet super schoon was. Het probleem van de lekkende gootsteen en lampen is tijdens ons verblijf netjes opgelost. Verder, waren we erg blij met de verdere staat van het huis. Alle slaapkamers beschikken over een mooi, groot en comfortabel bed. Verder is het huis mooi ingedeeld en zijn de buiten zitplekken ook heerlijk, nogmaals met prachtig uitzicht. Kortom, we hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Great stay!

We had an excellent family stay. The house is very comfortable, with new equipment and a very pleasant swimming pool. The villa is in a quiet area and has a magnificent sea view. We can only warmly recommend this house and would be happy to return. Thanks to Lisa for being a very attentive host.
