Our smart & stylish south facing town house is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach in Mojacar Playa. With cool marble floors throughout, the living/dining area has wood burner & doors to the garden. There is a good size kitchen with a Nespresso machine, microwave & washing machine. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto private terraces. The bathroom & downstairs cloakroom are newly installed. The property comes with a BOSE speaker, parking, air conditioning & mosquito screens.
