Beautiful villa with private pool and 4000 m2 private garden. The house is 330 m2 and has two floors with 6 bedrooms, study, 4 bathrooms, spacious lounge, kitchen, terraces, patios, barbecue, private parking for several cars and vast veranda with sofas and dining table overlooking the sea Mediterranean.
It is a unique place for gatherings with family or friends. Perfect with children. Capacity of 13 to 16 people.
The house is fully equipped. Bath and pool towels, and sheets are provided.
The house has spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the village of Mojacar and most of the house faces south. It is located around 350 m from the beach and five minutes walk from a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars.
6 Bedrooms: -
3 bedrooms (with king-size bed 180 cm wide and 200 cm long in each bedroom).
2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds 90 cm wide by 200 cm long in each bedroom).
1 triple bedroom (3 single beds of 90 cm wide by 200 cm long).
Study. There is a sofa bed in the study upstairs and two extra beds.
All bedrooms and the study have large closets, ceiling fans and mosquito nets, air conditioning and heating.
4 Bathrooms:
1 bathroom upstairs.
2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
1 pool bathroom that is accessed from the garden.

Lovely large family villa

Although slightly worn. This villa is superb for large groups. Particularly with children. The kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery pots etc. The furnishings are comfortable and the pool superb. Celia was extremely helpful and informative.

Celebrating our Mum’s 80th Birthday

This is an absolutely wonderful location and this house is ideal for a large gathering. We made many memories during our 10 day stay. We loved the outdoor table area where we ate every meal! This place is excellent! We highly recommend this home.

A week in Aljama

Aljama is a lovely, very well-resourced house with gorgeous grounds and some beautiful trees. The pool was always clean and very safe to access. There was plenty of room for parking the cars. A different access gate takes you swiftly down to the local beach, passing the supermarket on the way. We had a great stay.

Thank you! This was the perfect location for our eclectic family group. We all travelled from various places, by different means, but thanks to our host's flexibility, we easily congregated at the villa for a special family wedding in a nearby village. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with laundry, bbq and cleaning products at our disposal. Communication about equipment and local amenities was spot on.The home was well-equipped with cooking facilities, which led us to eating in on most nights. Our pool was amazing, especially for our youngest grandchild who learned to swim during our stay. And the views! If I were to ask for any improvement, I would say that the pillows and beds were a bit hard...but overall, we absolutely loved it. Thanks again!

Lovely stay

We had a brilliant holiday, the house was perfect for us, with plenty of room for 7 adults and 7 children. The table outside was big enough for us to eat together and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was well used and although a bit cold at first it was comfortable to be in. A nice walk down to the beach and lots of places to eat. The hosts were lovely, they stayed in contact via text and were really accommodating. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful Villa

Such a lovely time. We were 10 adults and 2 children. There is so much space in the villa and we loved all the little touches included (especially the cold beers 😊) Celia is very approachable and is always on hand if you have any questions We would stay again in a heart beat. Lovely place and host

We were 16 people spending a week at Celia’s house. The outdoor area in the back is perfect for large families. We spent every night around the large table and prepared several meals on the barbecue. Kids enjoyed the pool and also the fact that it is only a short walk down to shops and beach. Kitchen was surprisingly functional for such a larhe group and we had no difficulties cooking large meals. Getting there was simple via car and there’s plenting of space for parking for several cars. For the last 14 years my family and I have taken an annual trip along with three other families and I can say that Ms Martin is the most easy going and friendly hosts I have had contact with. Theres a binder with all the info you need and there were a couple of beers in the fridge when we got there which was very nice aurprise after a long day of travelling. I highly recommend Ms Martin’s house and the area of Mojacar which has a large selection of restaurants, shops, activities and sights (the gokarting place was so much fun we had to come back twice).

Excellent space for a large crowd of people. Distance to the sea is farther than listed in the details. Which could be a problem for some. Anything we needed was attended to very promptly and efficiently. Very good holiday
