Il Girasole is located close to the main villa, (where he landlords live), but has a completely independent position. The villa has a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and on the city of Montelupo, famous for its ceramics. An ideal location for those who wish a holiday full of art, nature and relaxation. The guests have at their disposal a private swimming pool with hydro massage open from half of May to the end of September. The outdoor patio offers great views and is ideal for al-fresco dining.
Il Girasole develops over two levels. On the ground floor we find the welcoming dining room with fully equipped kitchen, the two double bedrooms, and the two bathrooms with shower. In the loft area the lounge with fireplace and sofa bed (160cm). The property has been tastefully and elegantly furnished, maintaining its original Tuscan style, with oak-beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring.
Ideal for a family or a group of friends for short term rentals. Recommended for people who want to relax but at the same time visit the main cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, etc...
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday (except for low season where the minimum stay is 4 nights).

Included in the price: Wi-Fi Internet connection, firewood (one basket), free covered parking for 2 cars, weekly cleaning, welcome token, cuisine surprise, weekly change (linen and towels), electricity water and gas, BBQ, safe, baby cot and high chair (only on request), private use of infinity pool with Jacuzzi (from mid-May to end of September, only during high and peak season. For exceptions, please ask it at least 1 month in advance, with an extra price to pay, directly to the owner, of € 200,00/week)
Excluded from the price: Firewood (€ 7,00/basket), daily change of linen (€ 7,00/person per change), daily change of towels (€ 5,00/person per change), extra cleaning (€ 25,00/hour per person), heating - by cubic meter reading (€ 6,00/Mc), tourism levy (€ 1,00/pax/night, max 6 nights), bicycle renting service (€ 5,00/day each bike), extras on demand. City tax (these imports are subject to change, they usually go from €1 to €2 per person per night and they will be collected on site).
Pets are allowed on request, with extra cleaning service (€100,00). Pets are not allowed around the pool area.
Security Deposit: A deposit of 300,00 € (cash) is required at check-in. It will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.

The ancient and indipendent barn of Il "Villa Il Girasole" enjoys of a 360° panorama from a green and quiet hill, opening directly over spectacular views of the stunning Tuscan countryside.
Il Colle di Sotto is the ideal place for anyone who desires to unite art, history and relaxation in the sweet nature of Tuscany.
The barn of "Il Girasole" can sleep up to six people and it is composed of a bright, multicoloured and fully equipped kitchen with the latest modern comfort, two double bedrooms with double antique iron beds and two bathrooms with cabin shower. Upstairs there is an open-space upper-gallery with a large sitting room, with two sofa (one is sofa bed for two people), equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, books, a fireplace with firewood and an antique Tuscan chest of drawers.
The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant and comfortable design.
The barn has been restructured using traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors, giving a touch of simple elegance.
Here and there, you will find precious detail such as fine paintings, ceramics from Montelupo and typical ornaments in character with the building.
Outside there is a spacious luminous veranda, equipped with chairs, deckchairs and a table, where is possible to sun-bathe and to have splendid open-air breakfasts or romantic suppers, and where our guests can relax anytime they want with a unique, peaceful and suggestive view.
The structure is equipped with heating, safe, free internet wi-fi, automatic gate, car parking space and a spacious independent garden.
The wonderful infinity pool with Jacuzzi (10,5x7,5 mt.), furnished with sun beds, reclining armchairs, table and chairs is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the rolling wooded hills beyond, is a lovely spot to relax and have a cooling dip.
It has been built near the olive grove away from any splashing sound that may be created for those who prefer to enjoy the calmness of the Tuscan countryside.
Use of the pool is reserved for guests renting Il "Il Girasole" only.
