Casal Gabbi is on top of a hill, in open countryside, a traditional Umbrian farmhouse recently restructured and transformed into a lovely country house divided into 5 apartments, which is located in an area with spectacular views of the hills. The property is completely fenced.
The apartments are brand new, comfortable, spacious, well furnished to suit any type of guest needs, and offers comfort and relaxation. They are also available to guests: swimming pool, solarium, large garden and wi-fi service.

The place is ideal for those who love the quiet, the silence and the slow rhythms of the wonderful country life. The strategic position allows to reach with little time, both the sea and the mountains.
Less than 20 km is Civitanova Marche, and with less than 45 minutes to reach the beautiful seaside resorts such as Porto Recanati Numana and Sirolo, which in addition to offering beautiful sandy and rocky, offering many services from the tourism point of view.

If you prefer the mountains to the sea, with a 1-hour drive you can easily reach the Parco dei Monti Sibillini, the Natural Park of Monte Conero, Sarnano, Ussita, Visso, Frontignano and Fiastra. One of the most attractive destinations from a naturalistic point of view is the Lake of Pilate. Pilate's Lake is a body of water located on the mountain Mount Carrier, in the Massif and the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains at an altitude of 1. 941 m s. l.m; The lake is home to a particular endemism, the Chirocefalo Marchesonii, a small crustacean red measuring 9-12 mm which swims with its ventral side up. The area also has a very small insect called ditiscide, black beetle aquatic Boreo-alpine origin.

Many are the designer outlet where you kick back and do very profitable purchases from an economic point of view; within 30 km there are outlets of brands such as Prada, Tod's, Manuel Ritz, Manifattura Paoloni, Hugo Boss, Lori Blue, Cesare Paciotti, Santoni, Hogan, etc ...

One of the most important places of the Marche region, is undoubtedly Loreto, which each have welcomed thousands of faithful, curious to see the famous Black Madonna in the Sanctuary. Other places of worship are of great interest: in Fiastra - Chiaravalle Abbey, Fiastra; Montecosaro - Abbey of St. Mary Footer Chienti; Montelupone - Abbey S. sign; Corridoia- Abbey S. Claudio al Chienti; Tolentino - Sanctuary S. Nicola.

For those who love culture the highlight is definitely the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi in Recanati. However, not far are Historic Palaces and Castles: The Castle of Gradara, the castle Rancia in Tolentino, the castle of Caldarola, The Ducal Palace in Urbino, the Cathedral of Fermo.

A little over an hour are also two of the most important natural parks and nationally known as the Cave of Frasassi and the Marmore Waterfalls.

An idyllic holiday home in the beautiful Le Marche hills.

Roberta, and her daughter Veronique, were on hand to give us a warm welcome to Casal Gabbi, our home in south Le Marche for four nights. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with access to the pool only a few meters away. Throughout our stay Roberta was attentive, informative and generous - thank you for the wonderful tomatoes! Somewhat unexpectedly in late September we were able to make use of the pool and very much enjoyed our swim after a hot day - the weather was splendid. We visited Macerata on our first day, an interesting and photogenic hill town where we had a great lunch at the Ristorante Secundo, went for a good hike in the Sibillini mountains - up and around la Valle de Fargno from Bolognola - on our second and visited Fermo on our third. And we only scratched the surface of this wonderful area. But what made our visit memorable was the Casal Grabbi and the welcome we received there - we will return some day.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen liegt abseits vom Trubel, eingebettet in eine wundervolle, abwechslungsreiche Landschaft und strahlt in absoluter Ruhe. Das Appartement ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles super gepflegt und sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une semaine au moi d’août superbe. Le logement est de grande qualité, le cadre est magnifique avec une très belle vue. La région regorge de petit village tous aussi beaux les uns que les autres. Région parfaite pour visiter et être au calme. Enfin l'accueil de Roberta et de sa famille est très chaleureux. On sent qu'ils ont plaisir à recevoir. Y aller sans hésiter.

Absolutely wonderful!

We were almost the first guests here in 2012 and coming back four years later, with such a beautiful pool and some covered outside seating areas, it is even better. The apartments and grounds are clean and maintained to a very high standard. We stayed in Aurora both times which was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. We would, and have, recommended this property to friends in both England and Italy. We are in love with the surrounding area which is absolutely beautiful and the property is within easy reach of both beach and mountains. The owners are fantastic and determined that their guests will have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed dinner one evening at the restaurant Da Marina in Mogliano.

Excellent agritourisme avec magnifique piscine !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette superbe région des " Marches " à visiter les campagnes environnantes en moto, que du bonheur ... De très bons restaurants au alentour de la propriété. Les propriétaires, Roberta et Benedetto ainsi que leurs filles Giulia et Véronica sont d'un accueil cordial, chaleureux tout en étant discret. Nous avons pu découvrir des oenothéca à la vente de pâtes artisanales, ... avec leur fille Giulia qui de plus, parle très bien le Français ! Agritourisme que je vous recommande fortement pour son emplacement, la propreté des lieux, chaque appartement à sa jolie terrasse ombragé, table et chaises, son propre parking et notre remorque moto à pu être mise dans leur garage, ainsi que les vins achetés ! Merci pour tout chère Famille Tartabini ... Au plaisir de vous revoir ! Des motards de Belgique.

Per chi ama la natura, il relax e le coccole

Un posto incantevole dove gustare un panorama di collina a 360 gradi con profumi, sapori e tanto relax. Non manca naturalmente il divertimento con una bellissima piscina e un ottimo solarium. Gli appartamenti sono tutti molto curati e nuovissimi. Aggiungete a tutto ciò il calore dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire tutta la loro disponibilità, il loro affetto anche con gesti concreti molto graditi. Insomma... se passate dalle Marche... non fatevi scappare questo posto. Troppo bello!

Beautiful and relaxing

We spent two weeks at Casal Gabbi last summer (August 2014) with our 4 childre n (11,8,6 and 2). It was a perfect vacation or parents and children alike. My son keeps asking me if we can go back and do exactly the same things. The combination of the pretty location - a country house amid hills and farms, half an hour from the beach - and the perfect accommodation and hosts was unbeatable. The kids spend hours and hours in the pool. It was especially convenient not to have to pack everything up to go swimming, but basically just walk 10 steps out of one's bedroom. We loved having our meals on the little roofed terrace and although we are not a quiet family we still didn't get complaints from anyone. A big thank you to Roberta and her family who truly make this place special and spend so much time and effort to give information, drive you to the local specialties or hand you a clean towel. Recommend 100%!

Vacanza indimenticabile !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casal Gabbi le due settimane centrali di agosto. La struttura e' un gioiello incastonato in un paesaggio dalle mille sfaccettature. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, belli, funzionali e dotati di tutto. E se tutto non è' abbastanza, chiedete e se non sarà' una cosa impossibile vi verrà' comunque data. La bellissima area piscina ha contribuito a rendere estremamente piacevoli le nostre giornate. A parte le mete più' blasonate, nei dintorni abbiamo trovato tante piccole località' non ancora invase dal turismo di massa da visitare che ci hanno molto colpito, belle sagre paesane e gente cordiale. Che dire, una vacanza oltre le aspettative. A Casal Gabbi diamo quindi 6 stelle. La stella extra e' tutta dedicata alla famiglia Tartabini, che ha la dote rara di metterci con tanta umiltà' e passione, quel qualcosa in più' rispetto al normale rapporto titolare/ cliente. Noi siamo ripartiti con la sensazione di essere stati a casa di amici e la voglia assoluta di ritornare.

Il paradiso della serenità

L'agriturismo si trova nel mezzo di una incantevole serie di colline poco fuori Corridonia. Gli ospiti vengono trattati con estrema gentilezza e i proprietari sono più che disponibili a dare ogni informazione sui dintorni. Gli alloggi sono nuovi, ben curati e forniti di tutto il necessario. Ognuno è dotato di un portico, ottimo per i pranzi e per le cene.. La piscina è comoda e vicina alle case. I dintorni sono pieni di meraviglie per ogni sorta di interessi: mare, cibo e arte a profusione. I prezzi sono modici. Consigliamo veramente un soggiorno. Attenzione: per la piscina è necessario avere la cuffia :-)

BELLISSIMO

Wir haben das Appartement ''crepuscolo'' diesen Sommer von Ende Juni bis Ende Juli auf diesem wunderschönen,privat geführten Anwesen verbracht und es war eine wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Zeit in einer traumhaften Landschaft und wunderschönen Umgebung! Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern ( 2 und 4 ) dort und haben v.a.den tollen Privatpool und die sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung genossen. Das ganze Anwesen,der Pool,die Wohnung...alles ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Jede Wohnung hat eine sehr geräumige Privatterasse,die alle überdacht sind,sodass man sowohl tagsüber in der Hitze,bei evtl.Regen und in den Abendstunden das Draußenleben sehr genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist wohl die sauberste,die ich in Italien bisher gesehen habe!! Die Besitzer,Roberta,ihr Mann Benedetto und die beiden Töchter Giulia und Veronika waren zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit,gaben viele Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung,waren immer bemüht,alle Anliegen schnell und zu aller Zufriedenheit zu lösen und immer freundlich und aufgeschlossen! Ein großes Dankeschön an diese liebe Familie,dass wir eine so schöne Zeit bei und mit ihnen verbringen durften!!!!

Super Platz um Ferien am Meer, den Bergen

Nach mittlerweile 2 Aufenthalten in der super schönen, top gepflegten Anlage kann ich nur sagen : Super. Die Lage mit Meer, Bergen und einer wunderschönen Landschaft ist einfach unvergleichbar schön. Ein idealer Standort um Kultur, Menschen, Landschaft und die Gastfreundschaft der Menschen in den Marchen, speziell in der Region zu geniessen. Nächstes Jahr werde ich auf alle Fälle wieder buchen und freue mich bereits jetzt schon

Casal Gabbi is a Great Country Soggiorno

We just happened upon this beautiful agritourismo, from the tourist office in Macerata, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was (clean and new), and especially how gracious the owners, Roberta and Benetto, were to us. They recommended places to see in the area and two great restaurants about 20 minutes away. The swimming pool looked wonderful, and next time we hope to be there closer to summer, so we can swim in it, after a day exploring the nearby hill towns.

Appartamenti nuovi,ampi,puliti e confortevoli , privacy e relax garantiti, ambiente molto familiare. Immersi nella natura ma nello stesso tempo vicini alle città ed ai siti più importanti della zona. Consigliato a tutti. Ci ritorneremo volentieri .
