The villa has private grounds of no less than 1.5ha with a driveway and parking. The view, we'll mention it again, is breathtaking. Privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed. From the car park, you walk to the villa where a beautiful swimming pool with outdoor kitchen (and extra 'summer bathroom with shower and toilet) awaits you. The pool can be seasonally heated and is equipped with steps where children can play. Besides the large covered terrace of the outdoor kitchen with lounge and dining table, kitchen and four gas burners, there is a second covered terrace attached to the villa.

Inside, you immediately see that the owners love comfort and the villa: comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated rooms. From the lounge with sitting area, you reach the dining table that stands by the fully equipped, open, kitchen. Garden doors open onto the terrace. Down the hallway are 4 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share the second bathroom. Two bedrooms have terrace doors.

The surroundings are particularly interesting. In the lovely Minervois area, you will find small lively villages with terraces and restaurants. You can soak up culture everywhere and learn about the history of the Cathars. The hilly landscape is peppered with vineyards and wine castles, there are rivers, lakes and not to forget: you can be on the Mediterranean beach in an hour.
