Welcome to Vie'Lavande***, in the heart of the Minervois region (air-conditioned and private)

Comfortable private villa, quiet on 30 acres of land, magnificent views, 80m² outdoor terraces, 25m² of which are sheltered from the sun.

Nice secure swimming pool, 3.5x7. 5, inaugurated in May 2016

5 minutes from Minerve, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
This Cathar town overlooks the Cesse gorges, superb hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. 15 min. the Jouarres lake, 40 min. from the city of Carcassonne, in less than an hour you are on the beaches of the Languedoc coast (Narbonne, Leucate, Gruissan, Valras…)
Discovery of the restaurants and vineyards of Minervois and Corbières.

10 minutes away, you will find in Olonzac everything you need for a pleasant stay (local markets not to be missed)

Large living / dining room of 52m², well-equipped kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace (large fridge / freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, all kitchen equipment, washing machine in laundry room)

- 1 parental suite: double bed 160x200, private wc and walk-in shower, direct access to the terrace

Fine and clean house in kind splendid location

We stayed a few weeks in the house of kind owners Jeff and Corine. The house is very comfortable and clean, good equipped and spacious enough for two couples. The views from the terrace are spectacular and the small neighborhood is calm. The Minervois is a very nice region with a rural landscape and its wines were a discovery for us. A place to return to.

Home Away From Home

My family and I had a very special holiday here. We would highly recommend the beautiful Lavender Villa to any family with children. It has just what you need, shops and local towns are near by. A lovely drive out on an afternoon or maybe an evening. Jeff and Corinne are very pleasant and helpful, When we needed any help they arrived within 10 minutes. I would highly recommended and I would definitely consider coming back for another holiday.

Nice house with excellent hosts

We spend a week in mai in this pleasant house. Despite wet and a bit cold weather our boys enjoyed the pool. When they were cold they got in to get a hot bath inside. We enjoyed Canal du Midi and Carcassonne and the beatiful surrounding and the view on the Pyrenees. Full equipment in the kitchen! And very kind hosts who are nearby and willingly to help if you need anything. Point of improvement; there are a couple of dogs wandering over the property. They do no harm, but, as they are animals, sometimes leave some droppings.... - the large bed could be better Overall; to be recommended!

Le gros point positif de cette maison c'est l'hôte qui vous accueillera très agréablement. La communication avec lui est facile et faite avec humour. La maison est très adaptée à une famille nombreuse et bien équipée. Même si c'est une maison faite pour l'été, elle dispose d'un système de chauffage très efficace, n'hésitez pas à la louer en hiver. N'oubliez pas de prévenir l'hôte si vous avez besoin des 5 chambres car la cinquième chambre est un peu cachée

Prima onderkomen, goede bedden en geoutilleerde keuken en sanitair. Vriendelijke en accurate gastheer, -vrouw. Wat kleinigheden zoals een goede espressomachine zou welkom zijn. Daarnaast buiten wel wat veel grind, wat meer gras zou welkom zijn.

Wundervolle Auszeit

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Weiler nahe Minerve mit traumhaftem Weitblick bis zu den Pyrenäen sehr genossen. Die nähere Umgebung lädt sehr zum Wandern und Entspannen ein. Corinne und Jeff sind super freundliche Gastgeber, die uns mit vielen Tipps und Hinweisen versorgt haben und stets ansprechbar waren. Ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir hoffen, bald wieder kommen zu können. À Bientot.

Nous avons séjourné à la Vie Lavande pour les vacances de la Toussaint. Nous étions 8. La région est magnifique. La maison est fonctionnelle mais plus adaptée pour 6 personnes. A 8 nous étions un peu serrés. Jeff est très accueillant et disponible.

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit Terrasse und privatem Pool auf einem großen gepflegten Grundstück. Ruhige erhöhte Lage mit tollem Ausblick bis in die Pyrenäen. Ein hervorragender Ort für einen entspannten oder aktiven Urlaub: Villa, Terrasse und Pool genießen, Ausflüge (Minerve, Carcassonne, Beziers, …), Wandern (ein Wanderweg führt direkt an der Villa vorbei), Fahrradfahren, eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Canal du Midi (kleiner Hafen in Homps in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar) und vieles mehr. Corinne und Jeff sind sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Herzlichen Dank und Grüße ins Minervois.

Complete vakantie.

Zoekt u heel veel ruimte en een fijne complete vakantie…? Deze cleane villa is daar perfect voor. We waren hier in maart en de zon had al alle sterkte. In de garage lagen 2 lekkere zonne-stoelen dus we hebben al een lekker kleurtje…! Ergens hiervoor ging het over een blaffende hond. Dat is zo’n fijn geluid in de verte; dus voor ons geen probleem. De omgeving voelt heel veilig. Links, rechts, voor en achter buren maar precies goed op afstand dus je hebt wel alle privacy. Ook hebben we eigenaar en host Jeff ontmoet: na heel veel App-contact bleek hij de ideale gastheer; echt niets was te gek. Conclusie: een superfijn verblijf in een grote villa met alles erop en eraan…!!!

Superbes vacances

N'hésitez pas à réserver cette location. Si vous cherchez le calme, une belle maison et un magnifique environnement et bien n'hésitez pas! Nous recommandons les longues soirées sur la terrasse avec vue imprenable sur les Pyrénées. Une semaine n'est pas suffisante pour faire tout ce qui est possible aux alentours et pleinement profiter de la maison. Encore merci pour ces belles vacances. Chantal et Mathieu.

Bonjour Bruno, C'est louable de ne pas vouloir nous déranger pendant votre séjour. Mais ici cela aurait été pertinent. Notre Villa est aux normes RT2005 et des locataires l'ont déjà chauffée à 22/23° en plein hiver... Pour les lumières du salon, elles marchaient : il s'agit d'un potentiomètre : il fallait tourner et non appuyer dessus, désolé de ne pas vous en avoir parlé. Cordialement :)

Maison très agréable

Maison bien agencé et bien équipé , seul petit bémol dommage que la cheminée au gaz n’ait pas fonctionné sur la semaine ... en hiver et par mauvais temps ça apporte une ambiance plus chaleureuse ! Mais le chauffage électrique fonctionnait très bien !!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à la Vie'Lavande. La maison était parfaitement propre et bien équipée. La piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Minerve, le Lac de Jouarres, Carcassonne, le marché d'Olonzac, les marmites du boulidou ... les environs sont très agréables. Avant et pendant le séjour, le propriétaire s'est montré très agréable et soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous le remercions vivement.

There were spectacular views from the covered terrace of the property and the property was reasonably well equipped. The area is beautiful and within a 10 minute drive of Minerve. Unfortunately we were disturbed by regular barking and howling from a nearby neighbour’s dog which, of course, is something over which the property owners have no control. The property is not situated within walking distance of any restaurants which was a drawback from our viewpoint.

Hello Simon! Thanks for your information about the dog, it's important for us to know that, so we can speak with the neighbour. It's not normal, Montcélèbre must stay a quiet place. About the restaurants, at 2km there's the nice "La Bastide Fauzan", and at 10min by car you have plenty of choices, specially in the Cathar village Minerve. Hope to see you another year :)
