The 2013/2014 renovated house comprises:
- A living room with a wood burning stove, TV.

- A fully equipped kitchen.

- 2 bedrooms upstairs, equipped with a 140 bed and the other with two beds of 90 cm.

- A bathroom with Italian shower

- Independent toilet.

The garden is equipped with a wooden terrace, closed for young children, with garden furniture for meals and relaxation.

Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt und sie hat sich ausreichend Zeit genommen, alles zu erklären. Geschäfte, Restaurants: alles fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand von Carnac sind es allerdings 20 min. Fußweg. War für uns allerdings kein Problem, weil wir Räder mit hatten. Ein toller Aufenthalt.

Location très agréable et fonctionnelle

Maison de vacances idéale à Carnac bourg. La location est très propre et bien équipée, rien ne manque. De plus, les propriétaires nous ont reçu chaleureusement et restaient disponibles pour le cas où. La terrasse est largement suffisante pour y relaxer. Maison très agréable

La maison d'Annie est moderne et très propre. Elle a tout ce qu'il faut, elle est très bien équipée et tout est dans un etat impeccable. La literie est de qualité et la terrasse est bien aménagée pour y manger et se reposer. Le bourg est accessible à pieds en 5/10 min pour le marché et les petits commerces, la plage à 10 min en vélos (prêtés par Annie). Vraiment il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Nous avons été ravis de notre semaine passée en famille dans cette belle maison moderne et fonctionnelle ! Pour profiter du dehors, la terrasse et le jardin son également très agréables pour manger et se reposer. De plus la possibilité de garer la voiture devant la maison est un vrai plus. Nous remercions les propriétaires très sympathiques et serons ravis de revenir dans leur maison lors d’un prochain séjour à carnac. Merci !!

Super séjour à Carnac

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, maison au calme, bien équipée et propre. Notre fille a bien aimé qu’il y avait beaucoup de jeux (intérieur et extérieur) sur place. L'emplacement est top, 5 minutes de la plage, pas loin du centre de Carnac et de ses commerces où nous avons trouvé une excellente boulangerie pour les petits déjeuners. Propriétaire disponible et sympa. A recommander.

Maison de vacances idéale à Carnac bourg, très proche de toutes les commodités à pied (supérette, petits commerces, marché,...) et malgré tout très calme. Nous y avons passé des vacances très agréables avec nos enfants. La location est très propre et bien équipée, rien ne manque. La terrasse est très agréable pour les repas, et le petit stock de livres, jeux et DVD peut être intéressant par mauvais temps, même si ce ne fut pas notre cas. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse exposée plein sud et abritée du vent. Location proche du centre ville. Endroit calme et reposant. Très bonne literie. La cuisine bien équipée "pour les petits cuisiniers". Propriétaires sympathiques. "pour les amateurs de crêpes nous vous conseillons la Crêperie de la Pompe, place de l'église à Carnac 3 minutes à pieds." Famille BUQUET

Juste parfait !

Séjours parfait et agréable sous le soleil Breton. Un accueil des propriétaires des plus chaleureux, et après 10H de route (lyon), c’est vraiment appréciable d’avoir ce genre de petites attentions. La petite maison bretonne est toute mimi, avec son granit et son ardoise sur le toit, refaite à neuf elle est très agréable à vivre, c’est simple rien ne manque, bien plus qu’une simple location. Une place de parking à dispo ; pas, voir très peu de vis-à-vis, c’est calme et tranquille avec une terrasse, idéale pour les grillades de poissons frais, et autres apéros (Barbeuc à dispo). Des vélos sont à dispo et rendent bien des services, 5mins de la plage ou 3 mins du centre village avec. Tout est à dispo à pieds ou en vélo. Le marché est génial avec pleins de bonnes choses du pays. Les propriétaires n’hésiteront pas à vous conseiller des restos ou des visites à faire. Des bouquins et guides de la région sont à dispo pour ceux qui désirent découvrir plus que les jolies plages de Carnac. Vraiment top, et un très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce petit bout de Bretagne. Pas déçus du tout, la maison, l’accueil, la région et son terroir, le temps. C’est pourquoi nous notons 5 étoiles car c’était parfait. Hervé et Caroline
