"Spitaki" means "The Little House" in greek! Our little house is in Livadia area, just outside the town of Ierapetra, Crete, Hellas. It is very close (250 metres) to a great beach that has been awarded with a Blue Flag. The house is an independent and safe residence around 38 sq m and has a yard around 40 sq m full of flowers. The walking distance to the centre of the town is around 25 minutes. It has fields and houses around. Welcome!

The Little house

We have had perfect days in the little, but fine house spitaki. Really, everything you need and more is present. So, why not spitaki

Fantastisk vertinne som gav oss tips om strender. Restauranter etc., Ho kom med smaksprøver av lokal

Feriehuset hadde allt vi trengte. Savnet litt et halvtak over uteområdet for skygge men allt i allt ei fantastisk stad å feriere. Me tilbragte 14 dagar her utan å savna noko. 5- 19 min å gå til stranda.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette petite maison très bien équipée et très propre. Tout est très bien pensé dans l’aménagement. Anna est une hôtesse très gentille et toujours pleine de délicates attentions. Elle nous a fait découvrir de nombreuses spécialités culinaires de la Crète, nous faisant très souvent des cadeaux. Un grand merci Anna !

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man für den Urlaub brauch. Die Terrasse ist Mit den Pflanzen idyllischen eingerichtet. Es lässt sich wunderbar entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sehr nett. Ich habe mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt. Ich habe meinen Urlaub hier sehr genossen.
