No me recibieron en la propiedad rentada

Pésima experiencia, porque la anfitriona NUNCA respondió los mensajes y por supuesto no se presentó para entregar la propiedad rentada; todo esto me hizo perder un día de nuestras vacaciones y VRBO no nos dió otra opción que presentarme en esa propiedad para evidenciar que no se iba a presentar la anfitriona, cuando a todas luces era más que obvio, porque nunca respondió llamadas ni mensajes, y no me quisieron cancelar sin costo hasta que llegara el día y hora. Sólo espero que mi reembolso al 100% SI ME LO REGRESEN EN EL PLAZO QUE ME DIJERON EN SI CORREO.
