Upon entering the villa, you access through its large and spacious living-dining room, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. Likewise, it has 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden.



As its main feature, it stands out for its enormous garden area. It has fantastic road or highway connections to travel to any point on the island, with several beaches within a 2km radius. The village, s'Aranjassa, is only 800 metres away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to clients as necessary. It also does not have heating.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2€ per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and the neighbours' rest must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing disturbances. For this reason, parties and speakers are strictly prohibited.
