This property is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbours on both sides. Parties or celebrations of any kind are forbidden, as well as noise that could cause a nuisance. Musical devices such as loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and has a dining area. Outside there is furniture, sun loungers and a parasol to relax by the private swimming pool, enjoying unbeatable views of the mountains.
Ses Palmeres is an ideal place for families, just a 10-minute drive from Arenal, Mallorca's most famous tourist area. Just a few kilometres away you will also find some of the best beaches and coves of the island. This property offers a perfect location to enjoy privacy but also be close to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer.

All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the guests with the necessary fans.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
