Three-room apartment on the first floor of the semi-detached villa “Casa Baia Blu”, approx. 60 sqm, up to 4 guests (2 bedrooms + single sofa bed in the living room), with furnished balcony and sea view.

Two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds).
Bathroom with shower.
Induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning and independent heating.

We are in San Lorenzo al Mare, about 500 metres from the beaches and approx. 200 metres from direct access to the coastal cycle path (24 km by the sea all the way to Sanremo).

Very convenient for moving between Imperia and Arma di Taggia, and an excellent starting point to explore the entire Riviera dei Fiori (Sanremo, Bussana Vecchia, Triora, up to Nice and the French Riviera).
