Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 20 m, bakery 100 m, bicycle rental, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Taggia" 4 km, sandy beach 100 m. Marina 50 m, cycle lane 200 m. Please note: no lift.
