This apartment consists of two bedrooms, has capacity for six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The living room is an open space with a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a lovely dining table.

The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped.

The bathroom has storage space and a shower with a screen.



The main bedroom is very bright, has a window to the outside and features a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes and folding bed base.

The second bedroom, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds.



The apartment is located in a building with a lift. It has WiFi connection and heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 150 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.



The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
