Echegaray IV apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a very well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide range of culinary options, with international restaurants and quality traditional tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all the comforts.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, give the space a warm feel.

Accommodating up to 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom and window overlooking the courtyard; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the interior terrace. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.

The living/dining room has direct access to the interior terrace and is equipped with two double sofa beds. The independent kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

One bathroom has a large shower and the other a comfortable bathtub.

A cot is available upon request, with a maximum of 5 days\' notice.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet access on your phone to access the apartment.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicular access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
