Great location for accessing Llyn Penisula, Snowdonia and West Wales. Beautifully clean and well equipped. Ff road parking great. Stained glass window beautiful but meant it was rather dark and hot during a heat wave. Shower a little temperamental -tricky to maintain a constant temperature. Communication felt little overbearing at times but that maybe personal choice. Overall, lovely open plan space suitable for family visiting the area, with handy access to local shops, access to the beach and sensibly priced.
