Stunning seaviews. Beautifully furnished luxury 1 bedroom suite with contemporary bathroom and kitchen which sits in an upscale gated Ocho Rios Condominium. The suite sleeps 4 persons and has a shaded gazebo and sunny deck and access to 5 pools on site set within beautifully gardens. Parking is free. Gated community. Internet and cable included. Tokens for washing available from front office.
This is a non-smoking suite. The maximum occupancy of 4 people is to be adhered to. Guest(s) are to provide the names of all occupants at the time of booking. The suite is to be returned as was given. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at noon.
Please state all requests at the time of booking, as your check-in person is not authorized to permit any requests.
This is a 24/7 secured property, and only persons on the guest list will be permitted.
Guest(s) are responsible for providing their own toiletries, such as: toothpaste and shampoo. Linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels are provided.
PLEASE NOTE:
- No smoking inside the house
- There is no Uber in Jamaica. You will have to rent a car or use Taxi to get around.
- This is near the urban center, so you may hear noise. This is not a countryside home
- There is no lifeguard at the pool
- There are limited sidewalks in Jamaica. For those travelling with young kids, or with mobility issues, it is recommended that you use taxi so that you are not walking on the side of busy roads.
- Jamaica has the third highest utility rates in the world. Guest are expected to turn off all lights and A/C units when not in use or extra charges will be incurred

Columbus Heights

Great location, easy to walk to Island Village, downtown or the beach. If you do not have a car, the hill back is a workout. Five pools to choose from and we always had them to ourselves. Our favourite was in Phase 4 for the view. The grounds are so beautiful and lush with many species of birds and flowers to be found. The beach has crystal clear waters and sand. However, you pay to use the beaches in Ocho Rios and price varies. Ocho Rios Beach is the cheapest. If you you enjoy eating out, so many restaurants to choose from.
