There is a large porch with great views of the sea and mountains, surrounded by trees, carob trees, pines, fruit trees, yuccas, pitas, flowers, etc. The pool is shared with the owners, then everyone has their place to be. We all have independence. It is very well connected to the beach, 300 m away and the best known beach bars are five minutes away by car and the best known nightclubs.
Very close to all services: pharmacy, boutiques, supermarkets, hairdresser, restaurants, bus stop, bars and cafes, etc.
It is a very quiet house and area and very well connected. The field is very close and you can take some nice walks.
The house has a separate entrance from the street and access to the house has another entrance through the garden.

Dogs are allowed but with their exits to relieve themselves and not bark if they stay home alone for a little time but not all day. The tenants have to take care of them.
