This beautiful Villa Pepe and Lynn on the Istrian west coast, deserves to be called special. The villa is an old stone house, which is transformed into a magical holiday villa. Its stone walls combined with modern interior design spread feelings of joy and warm welcome. The house can accommodate a maximum of six guests. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two separate beds. One bathroom has a shower and one a bath tube. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped. What is also special is that the house is pet friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 pets charging no extra fee. Do not worry, the garden is completely fenced, so your pet may be safe, and privacy guaranteed. There is a gas BBQ with a seating area also. The villa is situated in the small city of Visnjan, 10 km from the beach and a bit more from bigger cities like Porec, Rovinj, and Novigrad. Do not think too much, let the Villa Pepe and Lynn surprises you.

Sehr schönes Haus

Buchen wir gerne wieder. Sehr schönes Haus, sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Alle Schalf- und Wohnräume klimatisiert. Sonnenschirm am Pool vorhanden. Basketball und -Korb sowie kleine Tischtennisplatte und Tischkicker vorhanden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Staubsauger hatte leider kein Aufsatz, hätten gerne die Hundehaare vom Vormieter entfernt, diese sowie der nicht ganz funktionierende Grill (wird nicht richtig heiß) fanden wir schade. Dennoch klare Buchungsempfehlung!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus

Wir haben das Haus für 5 Personen plus Hund gebucht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Es ist modern ausgestattet und es fehlt an fast nichts. Was uns gefehlt hat, waren Möglichkeiten, in den Bädern Handtücher aufzuhängen, dies als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Schön ist auch die überdachte Terrasse mit der kleinen Outdoorküche. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, reicht zur Abkühlung aber voll aus und war gepflegt. Sein Auto kann man auf dem Grundstück parken. Vielleicht passen da sogar zwei hin. Dafür gibt es außer den Pflanzen am Pool eigentlich recht wenig grün. Das Haus liegt am Ortseingang direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Zunächst hatten wir Sorge, dass es dadurch zu laut sein könnte. Wir haben den Verkehr jedoch nicht als störend empfunden. Dasselbe gilt für die recht nah gelegene Autobahn. Das kleine Dorf hat einen Bäcker, einen Metzger und 2 kleine Supermärkte, in den man die wichtigsten Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Für den Großeinkauf fährt man jedoch am besten nach Porec. Ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria (beide sehr gut) befinden sich ebenfalls im Dorf. Der Vermieter spricht nicht gut deutsch oder englisch. Das ist aber kein Problem, da die Agentur bei Verständnisproblemen gerne und spontan vermittelt oder übersetzt. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt als Hundehalter: Es ist im näheren Umfeld des Hauses eigentlich nicht möglich, mal eine entspannte Runde mit dem Hund zu machen (fehlende Gehwege, schmale Straßen,...).

Geschmackvolles Haus mit Flair

Der Checking und Checkout verlief problemlos, auch wenn der Vermieter nur wenig Deutsch oder Englisch beherrscht. Das Haus ist toll Geschmack-und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Der Pool ist in Ordnung. Allerdings fehlt etwas Grün. Die Durchgangsstraße stört kaum. Der Ort bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf und Ausflugsziel lassen sich leicht und schnell erreichen. Die Gegend bietet für jeden etwas.
