About this property

Villa Torrox Family by Solset

Beautiful house with a maximum capacity for 10 people located in Torrox. Up to 6 people only the ground floor of the house is rented.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the GROUND FLOOR is the spacious living room, full kitchen equipped with dishwasher, portable oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. In addition to 3 rooms on the ground floor (2 rooms with 2 single beds each, and 1 room with morning bed and air conditioning), and a bathroom with bath / shower.

On the UPPER FLOOR (which is accessed by external stairs, and is for reservations of more than 6 people) we find a spacious room with two double beds separated by a bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the sea. (This floor has a supplement of 10€ per person per night from person number 6)

Outside it has a private perimeter closed pool with led lights for the night, large outdoor space to park cars or enjoy outside in addition to ping-pong table equipment, and table football, there is also a bathroom outside complete with shower. It has a private closed garage and automatic doors with control.

The house is located about 5.5 km from Torrox village, about 11 km from the nearest beach of Torrox Costa and about 7.5 km from Frigiliana. The access to the house is suitable for any tourism (sports cars or very low can touch a little due to the dirt road) and has about 900 meters of dirt road.

Pets are allowed, on request and supplement of € 40, maximum 2 pets.

Chalet para descansar y relajarse

El chalet está fenomenal solo hay dos cosas que no me gustaron . La primera y la mas importante es la ubicación del chalet pues está en un camino que es de difícil acceso y sobre todo el giro a la subida al chalet es peliaguda .Deberían advertir de lo difícil a su acceso y otra cosa que deberían mirar esta menos importante pero para nosotros si es pasar a quitar algunos avisperos que quitamos finalmente nosotros debido que el niño que venía con nosotros es alérgico a su picadura y no me quejo de que haya pues está en el campo y es lógico pero no tantos .Así que recomiendo que le echen un vistazo los propietarios envien a alguien que los quite .
