It Quiet area near the city center, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. 10 minute walk. Detached House in Gated Private Urbanization with Private Pool, more Communal, and Parking.has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 6 people and a baby since it has a cot and high chair. Safe. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi. Large kitchen open to the dining room, with all kinds of kitchenware and well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and two-door freezer).
Large living room with two sofas, quality furniture. Flat screen satellite TV, internet area for laptop. 200m large terrace with porches, hammocks, barbecue, chill out area and Diana de Dardos for entertainment. Ideal for families with protective barriers on stairs and terraces.
CLEANING IS DONE ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES OF THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.
SPECIAL PRICES FOR LONG STAYS (+28 DAYS) IN LOW SEASON.
The community pool is available from June to September. In the Urbanization there is a small soccer field for the enjoyment of the children. The area is surrounded by green areas, pine trees and a great variety of plants. Only chalets and villas.
The closed garage is available to the owner.
Next to the Urbanization there is a tennis court, paddle tennis court and a children's playground.
The Patron Saint Festivities begin on August 9th and end on the 15th, where they can enjoy the incredible fireworks.

Almuñécar is located just 40 min from Granada where you can visit the beautiful Alhambra palace. Ski in Sierra Nevada.
And visit the beautiful villages of Las Alpujarras. Its sub-tropical climate allows the cultivation of exotic fruits such as avocado, mango, custard apple.

We were 2 couples staying for 2 months. Spacious, clean and Maria was terrific. Any questions were kwikly dealt with. Main bed was a little soft but really not enough to complain about. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful holiday

We had a fab time in Almunecar. The house was great and just as advertised. Maria was very helpful and prompt to reply to a couple of questions we had at the start fo the visit. Had a lovely time sitting on the patio in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. We had never been to Almunecar before but thought it just a lovely town. Lots pf great restaurants and walks on along the beach. The house was just a few minutes walk from the town which was a bonus. Maria was there to greet us at start of holiday and popped in to see us the day we left which was nice. Car parked just outside front of house was was handy. Excellent pool and overall the urbanisation was very well maintained. We would definitely go back to Almunecar and would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Robledo. Karen B

2019 holiday

We stayed at this property from 25 August to 3 September 2019. The property was very spacious and had everything you would need, with a well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, en-suite, bathroom and downstairs toilet. The outside area was also spacious with plenty of areas for lounging, in the sun or shade. Almuñécar was a 10 minute walk away, beach also 10 minutes walk. The pool area was lovely, clean and never busy. Only ever a couple of families, or no one at all, depending on the time of the day. The walk from town to the house incorporates an area with no path, so maybe not ideal for families with pushchairs. Maria was lovely, very helpful and friendly. We would return to this property, it was quiet, had everything you would need and it was very easy to locate by car.

Het was fantastisch

Wat een mooi huis. Zo schoon en het zwembad beneden werd elke dag door ons gebruikt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds laat aan en Maria was zo aardig om ons in haar auto mee te nemen om de weg te wijzen naar de restaurants in de stad. Al met al een heel fijne vakantie gehad in een fantastisch mooi huis.

Une très belle location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison andalouse où toutes les commodités sont présentes . La résidence est très calme et très proche du centre ville ou de la plage facilement accessibles à pied . Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette location et espérons pouvoir y revenir avec plaisir .

Tolle, grosszüguge Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht.

Toll eingerichtet, grosse Terassen und sehr komfortabel. Angenehme Betten, freundliche Übergabe und Kommunikation. Leider war der private Pool, auf den wir uns so gefreut hatten und der der Grund war, warum wir genau diese Unterkunft gebucht hatten defekt. Sie haben versucht ihn zu reparieren aber es hat Ihnen nicht gereicht während unserer Aufenthalts. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Great stay.

We are just back from a fantastic two week stay at this property. The house is very well equipped with everything that you could possible need. It is ideally located, nice and quiet while at the same time only 5 minute walk from the town/shops and 10minutes from the beach. The large communal pool just at our door. Maria Begona was very helpful and responsive without being intrusive. Ideal holiday home for families and alike. We highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Pour un belge qui arrive du froid en cette saison dans cette grande maison tout confort c'est magnifique. Nos Hôtes ont pris soin de nous et de notre confort. La maison est spacieuse, la terrasse magnifique avec un BBQ et un espace idéal pour une grande famille ou des couples d'amis. Le petit plus serait de pouvoir accéder à la piscine parce que nos étés en Belgique ne dépasse pas les 20 degrés et donc même fraiche l'accès à la piscine serait un ++ (nos enfants ont nagé à la plage cet hiver) Merci à Begona et son compagnon, magnifiques vacances.... merciiiiiii

Wonderful House and Great Holiday.

This was a perfect choice for our family holiday. We were a party of four adults and two children and the house had lots of room to spread out both inside and out. The kitchen had everything you could need and the spacious bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of space outside to be in the shade or lying out in the sun. The barbecue was great for al fresco dining. The pool which is just across the service road was excellent and it was very quiet. The children had great fun swimming, jumping and diving. We chose not to have a car and the walk to the town and beach was easy and took 10-15 minutes. Coming back up at night was tricky towards the end of the route as there is no lighting so make sure you have a torch. Maria was lovely and there to help if we needed it. Thank you Maria for welcoming us to your beautiful house.

We were all very happy we chose Maria’s villa, the situation is perfect; private, quiet and peaceful. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided. To be honest there was no need to leave the house as it was so well stocked. However, if you do decide to do so, it’s a pleasant (10 minute maximum) walk to the centre, where there are lots of beaches, bars and restaurants. Wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada mountains from the master bedroom, lounge and terrace. Outdoor space was perfect too with lots of different areas to sit in the shade/sun/barbeque etc. The property definitely lived up to the photos/overview . The owner Maria was really helpful. We couldn’t recommend the property more.

There were 5 of us and it was great to have so much space, where we could all stay together and still have our own space. The terrace is massive and loads of seating area, in the shade or sun. Great space to chill out. The kitchen has everything we needed and it also has a large fridge and seperate freezer. Bathrooms and bedrooms are also large with loads of wardrobe space. Walk to the centre is only 15min and there are supermarkets nearby. Distance to Malaga and Granada an hour by car. For us it was perfect and Maria was very helpful and when we had a question she was there in 5min! Thanks

We had a week in this house in a quiet urbanisation just ten minutes walk from the beach. It was everything we needed it to be - lots of space (outside and in), well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc., comfortable, child-friendly (safety gates on stairs and outside). Easy walk down to the beach, restaurants, shops, playgrounds etc. Great brick built barbeque too for cooking at home. Almunecar is a great town - relaxed but with lots going on. Would highly recommend.
