Its a practical apartment for 8 people. There is nearly no equipment in the apartment.. ...no red wine glasses.. not 1 tablet for the dish washer no iron What about cutting the trees , so it would come in some sun shine? The checking in and out time could be more friendly.

Nice location for a quiet spring holiday with the whole family

Check in ok (key code). No additional info given by agency on anything (stores, restaurants, etc). Quiet, unless the neighbours turn up the volume, which they did (and in Spain that means till midnight), or speak loudly. The place was spacious, clean and quite nice. Our family with 4 teenagers and grandparents enjoyed our stay. 2 min to the beach. 15 min easy stroll to Alcudia. Were really glad we chose this house and not one in a more touristy spot.

Great Location

We checked into the house and then realized that each room had its own AC unit with remote. Everything was clean. The washing machine was pretty small and there is not a dryer. We had to hang dry all of our clothes. There were a couple of nights that we did cook, and the kitchen does not have a lot of things needed to cook food. There might have been one sheet to put in the over, but I don't think it was a cookie sheet. The pots and pans were sparse and were very used. There was plenty of silverware, but cooking utensils were lacking. The house is in a great location and super easy to walk to the Alcudia square and to beaches.

Casa muy cómoda con una ubicación inmejorable

El servicio ha sido muy bueno. La comunicación con la empresa de alquiler ha sido muy buena y han sido flexibles en la hora de salida. La limpieza de la casa, especialmente de los platos y cosas de la cocina. La casa no tenía papel higiénico, ni bolsas de basura que era de esperar en una casa. Hay cosas básicas de una casa que para una estancia corta deberían estar incluidas. Vigilar a través de la cámara es algo que no nos hizo sentir muy cómodas y nos hizo que no nos sintiéramos "en casa".
