Great Beach Rental!!

My family's go to beach rental in OC! Always very well maintained, very clean, great location- located on ocean side and room for everyone! The owner is very easy to get ahold of and always making generous accommodations! Highly recommend!

Unit was large enough for our family, there were 9 of us and we fit comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking which we like to do during our trips. Clean and everything in good working order, with the exception of the sliding glass door to the patio which was very difficult to open and close. Otherwise, a great trip and definitely would stay at this property again.

The location in N OC is quiet but has enough things in walking distance to stay easily entertained. The beach is so close, which is a huge bonus to be able to walk there and back quickly. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Great stay. thanks!

Lovely beach getaway

Alley's home is wonderful - beach block makes it easy to walk back and forth to the ocean, especially during COVID. The place is large and as described, plenty of space for a family of five with comfortable beds and seating areas. Reserved parking under the building for two cars is an excellent perk, no fighting for street parking needed. Check in was well communicated and completely socially distant, very easy with good instructions. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time at our Mom and Daughter weekend at Island Breeze! Alley was extremely responsive and flexible. Can’t say enough good things about the property owner. The condo is expansive! It fit 8 of us perfectly and we weren’t on top of eachother. The location is great! Ocean block and very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the condo and location!

Spacious, updated condo on beach block perfect for families

This condo offers plenty of space for a family to comfortably enjoy both Ocean City, MD and the Delaware beach towns. The kitchen is updated and has everything you could need and the bathrooms are also updated. Beach block is convenient for quick and easy access to the beach, as well as returning to the unit if you happen to forget something. Owner is fantastic, sharing info about local hot spots and also just being very responsive to questions leading up to the rental. Highly recommended.

First time in OCMD in years. Loved staying at the ocean breeze condo. Modern, clean, very large Master and En Suite, comfortable beds, great view. All the amenities you could ask for and more! It was a half block to the beach. Not crowded at all. Also had a pool right outside the door. Walking distance to some great shops and restaurants and even explored using the public transportation when we went to the board walk and Seacrets so we didn't have to worry about driving. Also, private parking under the complex for 2 cars included but plenty of street parking for guests.

Great location and beautiful unit.

We just had a very enjoyable week at the beach in this unit. Alley is super, and great with communication. She was in touch before the trip and very responsive during our stay. We had a few issues during the week, but she worked with us and they were resolved easily. This unit is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and décor. Nice mattresses, granite countertops, and a great table where we enjoyed meals together often. The balcony is a nice place to read and we had just a short walk to the beach every day. We could also walk to play mini golf and get ice cream at night. Good security, nice parking under the building and a very safe area to stay.

Glitch between owner and cleaners. Condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. Also, garbage disposal was broken. Check in required three mile round trip in heavy traffic to obtain parking passes. Condo otherwise was very nicely decorated and well kept.

VRBO website chat function NEVER worked. If it is for a show, remove it so one does not wait for lengthy periods. Also emails NEVER received by the Owner until I called VRBO 5 times! The Owner Alley Bradley was very responsive. She sent thorough details and quickly responded to few issues and made sure that these were addressed. The Cleaning company you use does not do their job. There was just a superficial vacuum done and we saw dirty floors, crumbs, and other stuff on the floor. Nice jacuzzi but very dirty and not cleaned for a while. Pillows are very dirty/soiled and really should be changed. Overall, it is a very nice place and a very good location. Needs a better TLC. The owner is very responsive.

Baier Beach Week 2023

My family and close family friends have been vacationing in Ocean City, MD for years. In all our time, we haven’t found a place worth returning to until this year at Alley’s beautiful home. We will definitely be returning annually for our trip! Alley’s communication from the beginning was very prompt, quick and friendly. Her instructions were very thorough and all went as expected. The only reason I gave the check in process four stars was the rental office is 100 streets away from the condo. Not at all a deal breaker, but dealt with traffic both ways. The home is beautiful and spacious, perfect for 8 adults. So often, condos of this size are laid out with for children so this was perfect! So many places we have stayed in the past were over cluttered with decor and owner’s belongings but this place had minimal items and plenty of storage for us to settle in. The pool access being steps from the front door was awesome! Check in was at 4:00 but we were able to get in an hour early as the place had been cleaned. The only reason I gave cleanliness 4/5 stars is because the comforters could use a cleaning but it certainly didn’t ruin our sleep. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We didn’t have to fight for beach space or cross coastal highway to get there. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a great stay, Alley!

Disappointing unit

The unit itself was in a great location but the cleanliness was not acceptable. The owner offered to clean when I complained but because of 2 small children in unit we did not want anyone in - we cleaned and sanitized unit ourselves. There was food on counters, food on dining room table, crumbs on floor and couch, garbage under bed, lightbulbs out in 8 lights, coffee maker had grinds left in it and mold had grown in there. The vacuum cleaner was completely filled -no wonder it didn't clean the unit -my husband had to clean out vacuum. There were fresh flowers on dining room table that were dead and smelled horrible. The dishwasher is not even mounted to counter - black electrical tape was holding it. Repairman did come for that repair. Bathrooms were not clean - shower doors full of soap scum. I do not feel we should be charged to clean unit upon our exit since it was not clean for us. Asked owner for credit - have had no answer on that. I would not recommend this unit - I have been renting with VRBO for 25-30 years - never had this problem and with the current COVID requirements for sanitizing this was definitely not anywhere I would want to be again.

End of Summer Family Vacation

Wonderful Stay...Perfect Location. This condo had large spacious rooms. 3 bedrooms - Master Queen plus 2 queen beds in each additional Bedroom which was great for our teenagers who brought a friend. Twins beds are just too small for us. The location was right near the beach. Parking was underground and very convenient. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The parking under the building is very convenient, as is the added security of the lobby entrance. Alley's condo was very clean upon arrival. This is a very spacious 3 BR, 2 BA condo. The beach is only a very short walk away. The owner was great to work with. She was very courteous and thoghtful. We would definitely rent this condo again

Great condo in north OC

The unit was as described. Plenty of space for everyone and most things were updated! We had some bumps in the road with the fridge breaking down, but it was repaired within 36 hours. Owner was courteous and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

My husband & I have been vacationing in OCMD for nearly a decade. We have two sons and wanted a more permanent place for our annual vacation. Hence our purchase of this beautiful home! Since we live in NYC and only spend a few weeks in Ocean City, we are happy to offer our beach home to you!

Why they chose this property

After a few years spent in a condo near the boardwalk, we walked to get away from all the craziness but still wanted access to the good restaurants and bars.
North Ocean City provided just that with its low density beaches and close proximity of our favorite restaurants that we've been going to for a decade - like Lobster Shanty and Harpoon Hannah's! This unit is immaculate. It TRULY feels like a vacation and it's hard to leave! The previous owner took such good care of it and did several updates and we are happy to keep that going!

What makes this property unique

We were immediately drawn to the space and design of the apartment. Gleaming granite, beautiful decor, and TVS from the 21st century! I know that sounds crazy, but it's often hard to find such an updated rental beach home and this blew so many out of the water. The building is 1/2 block to the beach and don't get us started on Uber Bagels. It's must for breakfast - but warning it can be a wait for the delicious NY-style bagels! But worth the carbs!
