It's an easy place to get comfortable — whether you're here for beach days, quiet mornings, or spending time together. With over 1,000 sq ft, a renovated interior, and Smart TVs in every room...everything you need is right here, with the beach and oceanfront pool just steps from the building.

The fully renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook meals during your stay, and there's plenty of room around the dining table for dinner or game night. Every room has a Smart TV with cable — bring your streaming logins and make yourself at home! We've stocked a beach closet with chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards so you can hit the sand without hauling everything from home, and for rainy days, there's a game closet loaded with board games and puzzles.

North Ocean City is the sweet spot — the beach and the fun without the boardwalk chaos. The original Greene Turtle is one block away, and when you want a night out, everything's close.

Our family has been coming to High Point South since the 1970s. This isn't a rental to us — it's our place, and we hope you'll love it as much as we do!

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Your safety and comfort are important to us. The condo is equipped with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. Between every guest stay, the unit is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company that has been caring for this unit for over a decade.

In particular, we've been making memories at High Point South since the 70s, so owning here is a dream come true. We're so happy you're considering visiting our home away from home. We're all about family, long friendships, good conversation, road trips, and hanging out with our dogs! We've traveled to lots of places, but we always find our way back to Maryland.
