Cafaggio Primo, exclusive use of farmhouse with pool and a breathtaking view

Nestled among the terraced hills of Tuscany, Cafaggio Primo is a 17th-century farmhouse where nature, tradition, and stunning landscapes come together. Surrounded by olive groves and wide views over the Valdarno valley, it’s the perfect place to relax, have fun, and enjoy an authentic Tuscan experience.
The villa, an elegant 330 m² property, offers five spacious apartments furnished in typical Tuscan style with exposed beams and stone walls, each with a bathroom (some with double bathrooms), fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The apartments can accommodate up to 23 guests, making Cafaggio Primo ideal for groups of friends, families, or small events.
The entire villa is reserved for your exclusive use, ensuring privacy and comfort for your group.
The apartments:
• Il Granaio (71 m²): independent two-story apartment with kitchen-living room, fireplace, sofa bed, and bathroom; upstairs a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, bathroom, and walk-in closet. Direct access to the garden-veranda.
• La Torre (55 m²): bright mezzanine apartment with kitchen-living room, fireplace, triple bedroom (double + single), small mezzanine with two single beds, and two bathrooms.
• Il Moro (50 m²): panoramic and cozy, with kitchen-living room, sofa bed, double bedroom, main bathroom, and guest bathroom.
• Il Lauro (40 m²) & Il Prato (40 m²): connected apartments with kitchen-living room, sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom. Perfect for couples or small groups who want to stay close while enjoying privacy.
On request, guests can enjoy a homemade breakfast prepared with local and organic products, accompanied by our organic extra virgin olive oil, crafted with passion from our own olives. In cooler months, breakfast is served indoors by the fireplace; in warmer seasons, it can be enjoyed outdoors with views of the hills and olive groves.
Guests can relax or have fun by the panoramic pool, explore the gardens and olive groves, play ping-pong, hike local trails, or simply enjoy Tuscany at their own pace. The villa also features a large panoramic veranda for lunches or dinners with a view, a ground-floor lounge perfect for shared meals or enjoying the fireplace, and private parking.
On request, it’s possible to arrange cooking classes, olive oil tastings, guided tours, or themed evenings like our Pizza Night. Small pets are welcome by prior agreement.
