Le gîte du tilleul is an old shed transformed in the 2000s. It is located right next to the castle, a majestic building, flanked by its towers on each side and imposing outbuildings of typical Cantal architecture, proudly displaying the date 1749 on the keystone of the stable door.

The park of the castle, with its trees several times centenarians and whose tops are very close to the clouds. The ponds around which you will never tire of observing the fish and other aquatic animals, while listening to the magical songs of the birds. Different outdoor garden rooms will allow you to enjoy with happiness all these magnificent landscapes...

From our lodging, you will have a superb view on the Planèze of Saint-Flour, on the two ponds of the property, the access to the family swimming pool (in season). For the activities, you will be able to make strolls on the ways around the castle, or to leave for more great excursions on the sides of Puy Mary or the Lead of Cantal. You can also visit museums, visit Saint-Flour and its cathedral (12 minutes away). A short stop at Chaudes Aigues (35 minutes), the thermal spa with the hottest waters in Europe (82°C), or at Le Lioran (30 minutes), a winter and summer mountain resort offering all kinds of outdoor activities.

Many fishing spots are also accessible near the property.
