House quiet and spacious master, ideal for a family holiday. The old charm is preserved and a complete renovation of the house was made in 2015. It has a private park of 2500 m² and a garden. Very close to the upper town of Saint-Flour, all the services and shops are within 10 minutes walk (1 km), the motorway is 5 km.
Exposure with beautiful views of the historic city center and cathedral, wider views of the mountains of Margeride.

1st floor, three spacious bedrooms with double beds, a room with a bed 1 person, bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet closed.

Un havre de paix idéalement situé pour découvrir le Cantal !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui a beaucoup de charme et a été parfaitement restaurée avec goût. Très bien équipée et au calme absolu. Un vrai plus en période de canicule : la maison reste fraîche (nuits fraîches dans la région et grands arbres qui l'entourent). A quelques minutes à pied de la ville haute de Saint-Flour et des commerces, la maison est également très bien située pour partir explorer le Cantal.Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires.

Parfait On recommande !!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine familiale (3 générations, avec un bébé) à l'occasion de Noël, dans une maison ancienne très chaleureuse et très confortable. L'emplacement est top (vue magnifique), spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité. Rien à redire sinon que nous serions vraiment heureux de renouveler cette belle expérience car nous n'avons pas exploré toutes les richesses de cette très belle région. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, aucun problème de stationnement, un gros Intermarché à la porte, ce qui est bien pratique.... Bref on recommande !

Vacances St Flour

Nous etions 11 motards qui ont sillonnés les alentours. La maison est tres bien placée proche de St Flour qui est une petite ville bien agréable ou on peut trouver tout ce qu il faut. l'endroit est au calme tout en étant proche des commodités.. la maison par elle même est dotée de beaux volumes. Un seul bemol, l'accumulation de trop de vaisselle dans la cuisine, difficile de ranger nos propres affaires, sinon le jardin est magnifique, nous avons passés un excellent sejour. Possibilité de ranger nos motos dans un grand garage ce qui n' est pas negligeable. On recommande.

Jolie et grande maison d'epoque. Jolie jardin sans bruit en impasse. Les voisins proches sont tres accueillant et vivent egalement a proximité. Bien place pour rayonner facilement sur la region

Un lieu hors du temps

Lorsque vous passez le porche, cette magnifique demeure familiale des années 30 commence à se dévoiler au milieu d'arbres majestueux. Un mariage réussi entre l'ancien (carreaux de ciment, parquet en point de Hongrie, cheminée en marbre...) et la modernité des salles d'eau, de la cuisine et de la décoration. Du jardin émane des senteurs subtiles et délicates entre les roses et les tilleuls. Ce lieu est vraiment propice à la méditation et au repos. Jeanne (ou bien une autre personne de sa famille) vous accueillera avec grande gentillesse, bienveillance, bonne humeur et convivialité. Et tout cela très proche des commodités de la vie quotidienne. Ce point d'étape nous a permis de pratiquer rafting et canyoning en Auvergne. Propreté irréprochable avec tout l'équipement de la maison indispensable et même au-delà. Grande maison conviviale, bien rénovée et bien équipée, avec de beaux espaces. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un lavabo, avec de belles vues. Emplacement très pratique pour visiter la région, et très proche d'un grand supermarché.

Superbe propriété qui s'est révélée le théâtre idéal à des retrouvailles entre amis réussis et attendues ! La maison est superbement rénovée, les chambres spacieuses et agréables et pas une fois nous n'avons souffert du froid malgré la neige ! (mention spéciale pour le magnifique escalier)

merveilleux séjour en famille

La maison et son jardin sont extraordinaires. Une propriété de famille qu'on rêverait sienne. Situation idéale, grand calme mais aussi proximité (10 mn à pied) de la ville haute. La maison est très bien équipée, entretenue avec très grand soin, et la propreté est exceptionnelle. Nous garderons des souvenirs émus des grandes tablées à l'ombre des cerisiers et des parties de cache-cache dans le jardin. Une sincère reconnaissance aux propriétaires.

Maison vaste et bien équipée, extrêmement agréable dans un jardin enchanteur

Tous les membres de la famille, enfants et adultes ont apprécié cette belle demeure au milieu d'arbres, avec vue sur la cathédrale de Saint-Flour et la Margeride. Tous avaient l'impression d'être chez eux et seraient restés volontiers plus longtemps. Un grand merci aux propriétaires sympathiques!

Nouvel an 2018 entre amis

Nous sommes un groupe de vieux amis venant d'horizons différents et avons beaucoup apprécié le charme de cette vieille bâtisse très bien restaurée, à la fois fonctionnelle, spacieuse et authentique. Nos félicitations à Jeanne et à sa famille. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé nous balader dans les rues de Saint-Flour, petite cité de caractère, très vivante.
