Eutropia Apartment is located in a building from the XIV century in the heart of Palermo, between the Cathedral and Via Maqueda, behind Quattro Canti.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building from the XIV century with a lift, in the heart of Palermo. It comes with a peculiar and refined style, with bright colours and modern materials such as the resin of the flooring that match the antique furniture. The entrance opens to a small living with a dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a single room and a bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The rooms overlook a very quiet and typical alley in the old town of Palermo. Guests can relax and read a book in the furnished garden within the inner courtyard, which is shared with three other accommodations. Comforts such as free Wi-FI, air conditioning and heating complete the apartment.

Our apartment is close to the Cathedral, Quattro Canti, Palazzo dei Normanni and to Via Maqueda, one of the main shopping streets of the city that has recently been converted into a pedestrian area. The location is perfect to explore the city centre, to taste the amazing Sicilian cuisine and to visit two of the main traditional markets of Palermo: Mercato del Capo and Mercato di Ballarò.

A few minutes from our apartment our guests can reach Via Roma, where they can take a shuttle to the airport, which lies 30 kms away. The Central train station is easily reachable with a 15-minutes walk.
