This lovely house in the center of Porto Cristo and just 500 meters from the beach will be the ideal retreat for two people.
The outdoor area of the house features a pleasant private terrace with complete privacy, an intimate and peaceful space to enjoy the outdoors. The patio, surrounded by natural stone walls, includes an outdoor dining area and creates a fresh and sheltered atmosphere, ideal for breakfast, relaxing, or enjoying leisurely meals. A portable barbecue completes this area, designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

The interior of the house is laid out in a practical and functional way on a single floor, offering bright and well-used spaces. The living room, decorated in a simple Mediterranean style, features a television and air conditioning, which effectively cools the entire house thanks to its compact size. The dining area is integrated into the same space, creating a comfortable area to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, is modern and functional, designed for comfortable and hassle-free stays. The house has two bedrooms, both with double beds, wardrobes, and ceiling fans to ensure comfort during summer nights. Les draps sont trop sale, et le taux d'humidité est à 85% dans l'appartement.Le wc et la douche sont à l'extérieur (pas pratique en hiver), un petit fauteuil salle est pas terribe. Et le pire c'est le pommeau de douche est limite fonctionnel

The apartment is a 10 minutes walk away from the Porto cristo beach. There are some recommendable restaurants nearby and the supermarket is very close. Unfortunately, there was no info in advance that we have to bring toilet paper, tabs for the dishwasher, cleaning rags and grill supplies ourselves. We had to buy some. An information would have been appreciated. Thank you homerti team for hosting us!

La casa está muy bien, totalmente reformada pero con el encanto de una casa de pueblo. El patio que tiene es pequeñito pero lo suficiente para pasar en él un rato agradable. La decoración está muy bien elegida (sencilla y bonita). Y con todas las necesidades para unas vacaciones. La ubicación está en el mismo pueblo y muy cerca de la playa. Hay restaurantes, tiendas y comercios muy cercanos que puedes ir andando sin problema. La calle, a pesar de ser muy tranquila, a primera hora de la mañana tiene algo de ajetreo así que es recomendable dormir con las ventanas cerradas y poner el aire. En definitiva una muy buena opción para alojarse en Mallorca.
