About this property

Our chalet has 160 m² and it is an ideal holiday home for 2 to 6 people. On the upper floor, you can find a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The studio on the ground floor has a separate entrance. The studio cannot be rented separately. In our chalet, you can find a completely equipped kitchen with microwaves, dish washer and washing machine. There is a dining room for 8 people, as well as a comfortable room with fireplace and digital TV. The chalet has a very quiet location and is close to the beach. It is located in a ca. 1400 m² large garden with many trees, grass and fruit trees. It has a children paddling pool, a garden barbecue and a parking place. To the flat and children friendly beach there are only 650 m and 400 m to the next supermarket. All the rooms are individually warmed and air conditioned. 2 bikes are available. Children are welcome. Wunderbare Zeit

wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Finca. Alles war wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern einwandfrei. Als der TV nicht funktioniert hat, war eine Stunde später ein Techniker da und hat es gefixt. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. So konnte man sehr unabhängig sein. Für unser Kleinkind war ebenfalls alles da: Babybett, Hochstuhl, sogar Sand-Spielzeug und Sonnenschirme für den Strand haben wir gefunden. Klasse! Empfehlung: die Gegend ist anscheinend sehr Schnakenbelastet. Wir waren direkt verstochen. Insektenspray nicht vergessen, wenn ihr euch abends raussetzt.

Finca in Cala Murada

Positiv: Der Blick von der Terrasse in die wunderschöne Gartenanlage ist bezaubernd und haben wir täglich genossen. Die TV-Probleme wurden nach einem Telefonat sofort durch Austausch des Geräts behoben. Matratzen in den Betten waren ok. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war gut. Negativ: Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche waren z. Teil schmierig und unsauber. Evtl. ein Spülmaschine Problem, da trotz Salzzufuhr, Tabs und Klarspüler das Geschirr nicht sauber wurde - also Handarbeit! Daher sind wir häufig auswärts in Restaurants gewesen. Möbel inside sind antiquiert und unbequem, die Couchen durchgesessen. Hier wäre ein Austausch und eine Erneuerung angebracht.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war das Haus perfekt ausgestattet. Wir sind gerne zum nahegelegenen Strand spaziert, der sehr ruhig und idyllisch war und durch ein nettes Strandrestaurant mit kleinem Spielplatz ergänzt wird. Unser Abendessen haben wir gerne auf dem Grill im Garten zubereitet, um dann auf der tollen Terrasse den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus, wunderschöner Garten. Man hat alles was man braucht. Vermietung ohne Probleme und Kommunikation bestens. Gerne wieder....
