2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment right on the beach with stunning sea and pool views from the large terrace! Superb apartment situated within the prestigious "Royal Beach" complex, a perfect location for a romantic or family holiday.



Fully hot & cold air conditioned and beautifully furnished.



Local shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is also a great beach bar / restaurant just a few steps away (closed during the winter).



The apartment offers complementary WIFI and internet enable international Television including UK, American, German, Dutch , Norwegian, Danish , Swedish, Finish and Russian Channels.



The pool is open all year round.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.



The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.



In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.



Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.





Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.



THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.

IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Location excellent! The equipments in kitchen not so good. Cameras in every room were scary. We covered those! The heating was poor. It was only working with a timer. The air in the room was "wet". It took two days to get laundry in rainy days!. Someone visit inside our place without informing us! Ghe patience furnitures were really bad. Generally we booked a five star flat. Max value was three stars! Only the beach front was five stars. So we we very disapointed! The cost was quite too high. So with such low season price...not good!

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, aber leider ziemlich verwohnt

Zuerst einmal: 6 Sterne für die Unterstützung, Hilfsbereitschaft und Kommunikation von Suncoaster Holidays - der Veranstalter ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Leider kann man das nur eingeschränkt über das Objekt sagen, das wir zu zweit für fünf Wochen über den Winter 2022/2023 gemietet hatten. Die Lage ist toll - mit Blick auf das nur wenige Meter entfernte Meer und einen nachts beleuchteten Pool im Garten. Weniger schön war der Zustand des Objektes: Alte Möbel, teilweise mit Schimmel in den Schrankschubladen, Staub auf Lampen und Möbeln, teilweise schmuddelige Bettdecken in den sauberen Bettlaken, ein aus dem Abfluss in den Unterschrank tropfendes Waschbecken, ein nicht an der Wand befestigter Kleiderschrank, der beinahe einmal auf meine Frau gefallen wäre etc... Aber anscheinend ist Besserung in Sicht: Das Bad scheint renoviert zu sein und während unseres Aufenthalts wurde vom Eigentümer der Herd, das Kochfeld und die Abzughaube erneuert, sodass wenigstens der Kochbereich nun tipp-topp ist. Auch wenn wir uns letztendlich vor allem wegen der Lage wohlgefühlt haben, reicht es unter dem Strich leider nur für drei Sterne.

Todo. Detalles como las cortinas, están un poco estropeadas, poner persianas...pero en general es un apartamento muy acogedor.
