Seashells is a spacious 3 bedroomed house with spectacular coastal and mountain views in the seaside village of Embo.
The house is situated just steps from the sandy beach and surrounding Coul Links & is a 5 minute drive to the beautiful highland town of Dornoch. There is off road parking and a large back garden with a deck and BBQ area.
The house is very well-equipped, extremely comfortable & provides a perfect base to explore this part of the Highlands.

Nice stay close to the beach

The beach is only a few steps away, the house has plenty of space, there is nothing that we would have missed. Kitchen has everything on needs.People that have problems with stairs need to know that sleeping rooms are downstairs, livingroom and kitchen upstairs.We would defenitely come back, recommended.

The view is the best thing about this property - it's amazing! It's really nice to just sit in the garden or on the sofa upstairs and soak it in. You can see seals in the water from the living room! The property had a few minor issues, such as only one shower working, and no hot water to the bathroom sinks despite putting the booster on (plenty of hot in the kitchen though). I also think it would benefit from a deep clean, especially the carpets and some of the kitchen drawers. However, with this coastal view and location these issues basically just melt away. The kitchen is well stocked and it's great to have a washing machine to use on a longer holiday. A small wardrobe or clothes rail in the main bedroom would be a great addition!
