The house stands on a hill facing the sea, surrounded by a private Mediterranean scrub forest. Very pleasant, quiet place, in close contact with nature and the sea. Ideal for those who love tranquility and sunsets over the sea. From the house it is possible to go on foot for pleasant swims in the sea. There are paths along the coast and in the countryside for those who want to walk. A sandy beach is 5km away, Alghero is 3km away. Near the house there is another house. Each house has a private outdoor area.
Space:
The house consists of a living room with relaxation corner (sofa and TV), table and kitchen; two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds pushed together and a bathroom. The outdoor space is characterized by a terrace with sea view where you can eat and relax. The space for the car is under the house reachable by a staircase.

Ein Idyll mit traumhaftem Meerblick in Ruhelage (aber nicht direkt am Meer)

Ein traumhaftes, kleines, einfaches Häuschen mit einem sensationellen Meerblick und absoluter Ruhe umgeben von grüner Natur und unter Pinienbäumen. Es ist allerdings nicht "direkt am Wasser" (wie in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen versprochen) sondern einen kleinen Fußmarsch von der felsigen Küste entfernt - 250 Meter Luftlinie. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Küche ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet, wie auch die anderen Räume. Die nächsten Geschäfte (Conard, Coop, Eurospin) sind 10 Autominuten entfernt. Der Host Davide ist super, unkompliziert, äusserst nett und antwortet schnell.

Un enchantement !

Une maison propre et correctement équipée, tout en haut d'un grand terrain arboré qui domine la mer, avec une vue incroyable. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Davide, qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. A recommander sans aucune hésitation !

Toller Ausblick und Entspannung pur

Wer ein bisschen Ruhe und Natur genießen möchte, dem sei das Objekt wärmstens empfohlen. Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet und wir haben in den 10 Tagen Aufenthalt eigentlich nichts vermisst, außer vielleicht einem zweiten Geschirrhandtuch :-) . Selbst die Grundausstattung in der Küche (Salz, Öl, Gewürze etc.) waren vorhanden. "Kaffeemaschine" sollte man auf die italienische Art und Weise verstehen - Es ist halt eher so ein Espresso-Kocher. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen super schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und auch am Mittag kann man hier gut verweilen, da man durch die Bäume vor der Mittagssonne geschützt ist. Am Abend sind außerdem wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns Sehenswertes in der Umgebung auf einer Karte gezeigt. Auch war er jeder Zeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus ist ein paar Kilometer von Alghero entfernt. Man benötigt auf der Insel aber sowieso ein Auto, um irgendwo hinzukommen. Als kleiner Tipp: Auch wenn man am Meer ist - es gibt am Abend doch eine Ladung Moskitos.

Traumhaft idyllisch romantische Lage mit Meerblick

Ruhiges, am Steilhang gelegenes Ferienhaus. Von der naturbelassenen, mit Nadelbäumen umsäumten Terrasse, ein wunderbarer Meerblick mit phantastischen Sonnenuntergängen, romantisch mit einem Glas Wein. 250m zur felsigen Küste, wo bedingt auch baden möglich ist.Davide ist ein sympatischer Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Besuchen in der Region. Schön wäre es, wenn bei den Gartenmöbeln die "Rentner" in den Ruhestand überführt würden. Wer romantische Ruhe und Besinnlichkeit sucht, mit der Möglichkeit, sich innerhalb 10 Min. ins Getümmel der schönen Altstadt von Alghero zu begeben, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wundervolle 7 Tage im Haus 1

Wir haben 7 Tage Urlaub im Haus 1 genossen. Davide ist ein sehr sympathischer, herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Vom Erstkontakt bis hin zur Verabschiedung lief alles reibungslos, er war jederzeit mit Rat und guten Tipps zur Stelle. Das Haus, bzw. Aussenanlagen und Ausblick haben wir zu 100% wie auf den Bildern zu sehen vorgefunden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wundervoll, Tagsüber spendeten die Bäume ausreichend Schatten, am Abend konnten wir herrliche Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört aus den Wellen fast nichts. Dennoch sind es nur knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto (ist zwingend erforderlich!) bis nach Alghero mit schöner Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (Auch hier hat Davide wertvolle Tipps.) Die fussläufig zu erreichende Küste ist eine Felsküste und bietet keine Möglichkeit zum Baden. Mit dem Auto sind es aber auch hier nur wenige Minuten Fahrt um div. Sehr schöne Strände zum Baden zu erreichen. (Auch hier hat Davide div. Tipps.) Wir danken für die schöne Zeit und denken gerne daran zurück.

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhafter Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in Ferienhaus 2. Davide ist ein super Gastgeber und steht mir Rat und einigen Insidertips gerne zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und der Ausblick und die Ruhe, vor allem wenn die zweite Einheit leer steht, sind unglaublich. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

wieder!!! schön

Zum 2.Mal verbrachten wir unseren Urlaub an diesem wunderschönen Ort hoch über dem Meer im Hang gelegen. Die dünne Besiedlung macht es ruhig und erholsam. Die Terasse mit dem traumhaften Blick über's Meer ist einmalig :-) und bietet durch den lockeren Baumbestand zu allen Tageszeiten ein angenehmes Klima. Mit dem Auto (erforderlich) erkundeten wir wunderschöne Strände in der Umgebung und abends lud Alghero (2km entfernt) zum Bummeln ein. Davide unser Vermieter zeigte sich wieder einmal als sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Gern kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder!

Calme et nature.

Un endroit très agréable à 5mn d'Alghero (ville sympa et animée)et à proximité des plages en voiture. Maison à flan de colline avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et un air frais pour compenser l'absence de clim. Excellent accueil de Davide.

De très belle vacances à Alghero !

Nous avons réellemnt profité de cette vue magnifique à chaque instant de la journée. Alors que la chaleur peut être écrasante dans la vieille ville d'Alghero, on se sent bien sur la terrasse à l'ombre, avec l'air de la mer et le chant des criquets. La douche externe est très appréciable pour le retour de la plage. Parfait pour ds vacances avec ados, peut être moins pour des vacances avec les tous petits car il faut d'abord monter l'escalier pour arriver enhaut (et bénéficier de la vue merveilleuse !). Davide, le propriétaire, est adorable, passionné de sa région et parle très bien le français ! La maison est très bien située, très proche d'Alghero et non loin d'une belle plage sur la route de Bosa, moins fréquentée que celles d'Alghero.

Relax a due passi da Alghero

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale per 16 giorni e ne siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. L'appartamento è immerso nel verde e insiste quasi in vetta ad una collina che affaccia sul mare. Il relax è assicurato dal silenzio e dal verde in cui ci si ritrova immersi e dalla possibilità di cenare e far colazione con una splendida vista mare. Scendendo giù per il viale per poche centinaia di metri si giunge alla scogliera da cui ci si può tuffare in un mare davvero pulito e cristallino, costituendo ciò un'alternativa alle meravigliose spiagge che potrete trovare nei dintorni. La poca distanza da Alghero consente, per chi è automunito, spostamenti rapidi. I proprietari ed in particolare Davide, persona davvero cortese, disponibile ed amicale, non ti fanno mancare assistenza anche in caso di necessità. La casa è munita di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole e, solo a titolo di consiglio, perchè migliorare è sempre possibile, e senza che ciò infici un giudizio a pieni voti, riterrei di consigliare la sostituzione del materasso. Questo solo per lasciare un consiglio, ma il giudizio è, ripeto, di promozione a pieni voti. Non mi resta che lasciare un vivo ringraziamento a Davide per la disponibilità mostrata e consigliare a tutti la permanenza nei suoi due appartamenti!

vrai petit paradis

Quel endroit merveilleux!! La vue sur la mer et Capo Caccia à couper le souffle!! Alors qu'il faisait vraiment très chaud dans la charmante petite ville d'Alghero, les après-midis à la maison et sur la terrasse étaient très confortables, petite brise, chant des cigales, calme et beauté!! Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette petite maison de rêve! Que du bonheur! La cuisine est bien équipée, la maison agréable, il y a une douche à l'extérieur, en plus de celle dans la maison, avec vue sur la mer, dans les pins, vraiment très romantique! Les plus grosses maisons voisines sont assez loin, donc c'est très privé. La plage de la Speranza à cinq kilomètres au sud est très agréable et familiale, eau limpide, sable blond. La route qui y mène est très belle et en bon état. Les couchers de soleils magnifiques à chaque soir, les ciels étoilés tellement profonds, ou la lune qui miroite sur la mer, superbe à toutes les heures!. Cet endroit est dans une belle nature à seulement trois kilomètres d'Alghero, nous y sommes en 10 minutes. Nous avons visité Capo Caccia, les grottes de Neptune, des églises romanes, Castesardo, Bosa etc... La proximité de la petite maison ne nous a pas dérangé, les voisins étant très calmes et respectueux. Possibilité de se baigner dans les rochers en bas de la maison mais des souliers de plages sont à conseiller. Je conseille cette location aux amoureux de nature de calme et de beauté!

We stayed two weeks up on the hill, total happiness!!! The view of the ocean, the calm, the singing of the Ciccaddas, the cool ocean breeze, the incredible sunsets, everything was great! The house is simple but has everything you need. No Wi-FI but we could get the 3G most of the time. For lovers of nature and calm!!! But just 3klms away from Alghero, 4klms away from Speranza beach. Davide speaks a good english and was very helpful and nice. If I return to Sardinia, I will go back to this little paradise.

Schöner Meerblick

Gleich bei der Ankunft überzeugen die tolle Lage und der wunderschöne Blick auf's Meer. Ganz ohne direkte Nachbarn im steilen Hang gelegen, ruhig und schattig unter lockerem Baumbestand, war dieses Häuschen ganz nach unserem Geschmack und hatte hohen Erholungswert. Die Größe ist für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend, die Küche einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Schön ist auch die Nähe zu Alghero, aber ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Davide hat uns mit seiner freundlichen Art bestens betreut und uns mit Tipps und Infos unterstützt. Dieses Domizil würden wir gerne nochmal als Urlaubsort wählen.

Contesto meraviglioso

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e siamo stati molto bene. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare il contesto, la tranquillità e l'esterno.. La vista dal giardino e la calma fra i pini era così piacevole da indurci a volte a preferirla alle - comunque bellissime - spiagge dei dintorni. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili.. La casa era in ordine e non mancava nulla... La camera era un po' umida, probabilmente solo perché era stata chiusa tutto l'inverno, e se posso permettermi suggerirei dei nuovi materassi.. Ma si tratta di piccole cose, rispetto al contesto generale davvero bellissimo! La consiglio, decisamente!

A great time

We stayed at the house from the 23th of dec untill 2 of januari 2015. What a beatiful place to stay. The house is simple but has everything you need. The owner davide is very kind and helps you with everything. The view is spectaculair. Beds are good, all i mist was a vaciuum cleaner, but davide brought us one right away. I recommend this house,. and the owner is very nice and correct. I hope we can come back someday. Thanks again, greetings from holland...Harmen, Tonny, Percey and Yvette

Très bon séjour fin octobre !

La maison est située à environ 3 kms d'Alghero ( 5mn en voiture) au sommet d'une colline surplombant la mer ; le confort est conforme à la description. Nous avons aimé pouvoir prendre nos petits déjeuners et déjeuners sur la terrasse sous les pins avec vue magnifique sur la mer et le Capo Caccia. L'endroit est calme et reposant. L'accueil de Davide a été très sympathique et ses conseils précieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la balade à Punta Giglio ; on longe la mer à l’allée et retour par la forêt (à peine 2 heures avec une fillette de 4 ans et quelques pauses). Les marches du Capo Caccia sont impressionantes et l’endroit vaut le coup d’être vu. La promenade des remparts est très jolie au soleil couchant. Nous nous sommes baignés à la plage " la Bombarde" et à la plage "Pineta di Maria Pia" ; elles sont superbes ! De belles vacances à cette période de l’année !

Acceuil très chaleureux et très sympathique de Davide .Ca grimpe sec, en première, mais une fois en haut, une vue très sympa sur la mer et la pinède .Simple et confortable, idéal pour des vacances tranquilles. On y retournera.

Very Nice!!

This house was perfect for us: 2 adults and 2 children (13,16). The spot is very quiet, but very near Alghero and a lovely sandy beach (Spiaggia Poglina at 10 minutes by car. There is a direct little road to the coast, where we snorkeled in crystal clear water. The house is practical and has a very nice terrace whit a sundown in the sea. A car is necessary. Alla prossima
