La location est bien situé malgré quelques defaut dans la maison tel que certaines prise défectueuse l eau chaude qui ne coule quasiment pas tout le reste etait super. L acceuil etait parfait . Je recommande

La descrizione dell’immobile presente su Vrbo non rispecchia affatto il reale stato dell’abitazione che è risultata poco pulita e curata. In particolar modo riteniamo che un bagno con tavoletta wc di legno marcio e putrido non possa essere assolutamente presentabile e utilizzabile; anche i sanitari sono in condizioni penose. Inoltre non abbiamo avuto modo di fare una doccia calda in quanto l’impianto idrico non è ben funzionante e il colore giallo/marrone dell’acqua che esce dai rubinetti non ne ha consentito un uso sereno e tranquillo. Sicuramente tutto questo ha influito negativamente sulla vacanza.

appartamento ideale per famiglie

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una proprietà con giardino insieme ad altri appartamenti. Noi eravamo una famiglia singola ma si presta quindi benissimo per un affitto con più famiglie (ognuno il suo appartamento) ma con la possibilità di condividere gli spazi e cenare assieme la sera se lo si vuole fare. Ad ogni modo consigliato, gli affittuari gentilissimi e disponibili. L'appartamento è spartano, non aspettatevi il grand hotel ma noi siamo contenti, aveva tutto quello che serviva per una vacanza con i nostri due bimbi. Grazie ancora

Super !

La petite maisonnette est parfaite pour une famille de 4, avec tout le confort, la clim et le wifi. Nos enfants ont pu jouer dans tout le grand jardin et avoir accès à un terrain de volley. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire et surtout sa fille, Antonella, que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a même fait l'effort de nous parler en français. Merci pour tout Antonella !

Grande cordialità del proprietario, ha messo a disposizione anche più di quanto indicato nel sito. La casa è in posizione comoda per spostamenti in tutta la zona. La consigliamo sicuramente.

Un bella esperienza

Siamo stati molto bene, Giovanni è una persona fantastica che ti mette a proprio agio e molto premuroso...la struttura è molto comoda è un piccolo villaggetto a cui non manca niente, lo consiglio a chi vuole passare una vacanza con la propria famiglia non molto lontano dal caos della Città.

Vraiment a découvrir

Tout d'abord un accueil formidable, la petite fille et une amie mobilisées pour traduire en français.La gentillesse de giovanni qu'on ne peut pas oublier. la maison est très pratique, grand emplacement parking. la voiture à 1 mètre de la grande terrasse couverte. la wifi et la climatisation efficaces. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. on se sent très libres. Giovanni est trés cool, il fait confiance. la maison est dans un grand enclos sécurisé, facile d'accès. très calme. A 5 mn du centre ville et de la plage d'Alghero. A 10 mn des plages plus eloignées et plus accessibles. Si on revient dans la région, on ne prendra pas le risque d'aller ailleurs. Merci encore à Giovanni pour son accueil.
