Newly built apartments. A few meters walk from the center of Capoliveri these 2 apartments located on the ground floor of the main house are an excellent solution to spend your holidays in the name of tranquility and lightheartedness.
The beaches are just over 2 kilometers away. The closest is that of Zuccale and Barabarca. The port of Portoferraio is about 16 km away.
2 newly built apartments (2021) placed on the ground floor of the manor house at the foot of the most characteristic village of the island, Capoliveri. The accommodations are tastefully furnished, very spacious, with an equipped outdoor area. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is double and one with two single beds (joinable). The nearest beaches (Zuccale and Barabarca) are 15 minutes away on foot, the center of the town of Capoliveri just 5. Bed linen and towels are only provided on request, pets only on request.
