Casa di Charme 2 Rio nell'Elba has an independent entrance and it spreads on two different levels. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and consists of two bright and tastefully decorated double bedrooms, one of which also has a nice fireplace. From the bed rooms there is access to a mezzanine where there is a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable French bed . From here you go down to the ground floor through a comfortable staircase, and we find the bright tastefully furnished living area characterized by a particular and original multi-glazed window that gives light to the whole room The living room consists of the dining area with wooden table , Tv , a nice new kitchenette, equipped with hob, electric oven and fridge. A complete bathroom with shower makes the rest of this floor.. From the living room leads to the beautiful Mediterranean garden where there is a private courtyard that houses the panoramic outdoor dining area. Rio nell'Elba is one of the oldest villages on the island of Elba. Here you will dominate the sea from above and then decide to go down to the beach when you wish. Arriving in Rio for a period of relaxation means not only the sea but also walks, enchanting views, Mediterranean scents ... The village is equipped with essential services (pharmacy, bars, small inns) and is still close to Rio Marina where they are located all services (supermarket, bars, restaurants, boat rental and equipment for diving) and where also the direct ferry line from Piombino arrives. Portoferraio, the main port of the island is 40 minutes by car, while Porto Azzurro, favorite destination for shopping and nightlife lovers, it is a 15-minute drive away.
