Cozy 4 Bedroom Duplex | at Wyndham Rio Mar Resort

Important Notice — The Resort is under some renovation which includes tile installation, and painting of the buildings. Your particular HOA (dubbed Cluster IV), shows the work well underway. As of now, the work has yet to reach your building. Nevertheless, the surrounding buildings have been power washed. Please inquire about the status of the work prior to booking. My intension is to show full transparency and have you, and your family enjoy your holiday. The income does not take priority to your enjoyment. Gracias !

This modern and newly upgraded villa is located inside Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. It belongs to Las Brisas development that offers convenient access to several restaurant, casinos , pools and beach. By staying at this property you will have access to two residential swimming pools. One is located just few steps away from the villa and second is located beach front. The nightly rate is based off a 5 guest occupancy. Up to 5 additional guests are permitted but they are required to pay an additional fee of $75.00 per guest per night. Please be sure to fill the number of guests when completing your reservation. This is the only way to ensure you are capturing the accurate nightly rate.
Please be advised that hotel pool is reserved for hotel guests only, you can access that amenity only by reserving a hotel room. All guests can visit every restaurant on the premises and use the beach. Portion of the beach in front of the hotel is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
This villa is a spacious Four bedroom three full bathroom duplex that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Master bedroom is set up with a King size bed and two guest bedrooms are set up with two queen size beds each, fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in. Outdoor patio offers pleasant views of the resort and set up with a gas grill. Each room has a TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

As your host, and/or owner of the villa, i do not make myself responsable for unexpected interruption of services. This includes, but is not limited to: WiFi. live TV, electricity, and water. Also, the weather. Thankfully, all my villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach have a power generator. If the power is ever interrupted, the downtime is less than 35 seconds. In addition, we have both Liberty Cable and Verizon in all our villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach. This is a precautionary measure that I have found to be useful.
Resort is located about 35 minutes drive from San Juan International Airport. If you are renting a car we will gladly provide you with details driving instructions. We also help our guests setting chauffeur service if needed.
