Located at the foot of the El Yunque Rainforest this beach house is in the most desirable area of Puerto Rico. The house is on the northeast side of the island, is bordered by a 1,000-acre mangrove forest preserve, and is on a secluded beach between two of the best resorts on the island, the Wyndham Reo Mar, and the Hyatt Grand Reserve Resort. It is on one of the 12 Fincas (Farms) on the Las Picuas road which were protected from commercial development and boasts a quiet and secluded beachfront. The beach is calm and beautiful, ideal for paddle boards, kyacks, fishing, kite sailing, and more. Shaded by palms, it is a great place to hang out and picnic.

The house was originally built by a pool designer and has spectacular, resort-like outdoor areas. Tropical gardens and palm trees surround the private pool, huge in-ground hot tub/jacuzzi, bathhouse, tiki bar with pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area.

The house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths plus an additional bath in the pool house. It has two levels with kitchens and baths and laundries on both levels. A huge patio encourages the enjoyment of the tropical scenery. It is air-conditioned and has the latest technology including satellite TV, high-speed internet with wifi and ethernet connections, and USB outlets. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two sleeper sofas.

It is minutes from Puerto Rico's best attractions, including paddleboard lessons, golf, zip-lining, horseback, hiking, bio bay tours, ATVs, and more. Enjoy fine dining at four very close-by resorts or experience the adventure of the Kioscos a row of 30-40 local restaurants 3 miles away by Luquillo beach.

It is a short 35-minute drive to San Juan airport or to visit the history, culture, and culinary resources of the city.

The house was ideal for a family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Spent some time down by the beach but spent most of our beach time at Loquillo near the kiosks.Loved grilling every night, and had fun using the pizza oven. Made use of the poolside outdoor bathroom and shower especially after a beach day.House was clean, well appointed, w several outdoor seating areas in both sun and shade.Natural landscape was beautiful w many palm trees.It was essentially a private resort.Manny was great….met us at check in and check out and answered all our questions.We plan on returning.

A little paradise. Our first trip to Puerto Rico and we love the island. The home is laid out very well with very nice outdoor seating areas, great pool and hot tub. Nice selection of beach amenities. The home is split upper and lower with the two bedrooms being on the lower level and a single bedroom upstairs. Both have kitchens. The upper level is a bit more roomier than the ground level. Overall a very nice home.

Manny the host was the greatest! He helped with anything we needed and answered our messages quickly. He sent us lists of his favorite places to eat and things to do. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciated that. It was obvious he cared about the guests and the property. He showed us around the property and how to turn on the hot tub, which we used and loved. The beach was very easily accessed. Good for kids as you can go explore the ocean go very far out and still be waist deep. We did lots of kayaking with the provided kayaks. Had BBQ's in the back yard and spentma lot of our time there.

Special birthday vacation

The house worked out perfectly to reunite our family for my birthday. Our two adult children flew in with their partners and we had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the comfortable grounds/pool and fun amenities like the kayaks and paddle boards. Our own little paradise

We had an amazing 4 day stay at the Happy Yellow House. It was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most spending a lot of our time in the private pool and hot tub. We loved the short walk to the beach and how close it was too all the local attractions. This was the best Vacation home

From the moment we arrived Manny the homes manager made sure our stay was perfect. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully and the beach is only steps away from the back yard. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. So much to do right at the house snorkeling was great and there are two paddle boards Best vacation ever.

This was our second stay at the Yellow House and it was just wonderful. It's like having your very own ocean front resort all to yourself. Convenient location close to restaurants and shopping (short driving distance). Nice, quiet neighborhood. Everyone is super friendly. Can't wait to come back for round 3 someday!

Very private, solid house. Spent much time in the Backyard amenities. We lost power and it was great that the house had a backup generator to keep the house cool.
