Convention attendees love this place - 5 mins to the center. Couples and adults like the quiet side peaceful atmosphere by the lake.

This beautiful townhouse has just been completely updated from top to bottom with lovely furnishings and new everything! Flat screen TVs, pillow-top master bedroom mattress, Corian kitchen counter, wonderful soaring ceilings, fantastic views, and lots of room. Feels like a small home - so much better than a hotel. The location is absolutely awesome. Every guest who has stayed here tells me they LOVE the location.

Let the fun start at this awesome two-bedroom, two-bath townhome right in the heart of all attractions. This is not out in the middle of nowhere. PRIME LOCATION!

The large bedroom UPSTAIRS has two luxury queen beds, a walk-in closet, balcony. Three flat-screen TVs. The spacious DOWNSTAIRS bedroom has a private full bath recently updated.

The living room features a two-story vaulted ceiling, beautiful view of the water, breakfast area, kitchen with a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots/pans.
SLEEPS six comfortably.

The resort next door has areas open to the public such as new Draft Bar & Grill restaurant, bakery, deli, espresso bar, grocery, gift shops, ATM, and a full service SPA (wouldn't you love a pedicure after a day in the park?)

Come down and see the fantastic flowers at Epcot or catch the new train and interactive roller coaster ride at Harry Potter/Universal. Sea World's Discovery Cove ultimate all inclusive day just 1 mile from the property.

Don't forget canoeing, kayaking or snorkeling, floating down a river in our crystal clear lakes and rivers in nearby state parks or at the water parks. Golf till you drop. Shopping adventures are endless. Mickey and Minnie need you too! Rates are great!

At this time we do not have a pool but there are FIVE amazing water parks within 10 minutes. You won't find anything like them anywhere else in the country. Absolutely amazing!
BEST water parks - BRAND NEW incredible water park just opened at Universal, SeaWorld's Aquatica, Disney has Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach. Discovery Cove, swim with dolphins is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. All-inclusive day, expensive and must reserve WELL in advance. Like being in a private park all to yourself. For a day trip, Busch Gardens also has a giant water park, and Daytona Beach water park is across from the boardwalk.

NEWS! EPIC just opened!! Big new theme park 2 miles. Brand new incredible water park, Volcano Bay now open at Universal 1 mile. Universal has Harry Potter with Midnight Express train between parks, Minions' fun, the new Simpsons Ride, and roller coaster Rock and Ride to music and video. There's a new concert stage at Universal, which is awesome. Harry Potter is a huge success with yummy Butter Beer - you've got to try some.

Gayle was a fantastic host. We had an issue which wasn't Gayle's fault, but she put in steps to resolve and kept in touch with the resolution as it progressed, and can't fault the service. The location is fantastic for a holiday visiting Disney and Universal parks, as it's situated between the two. The kitchen facilities are basic but perfectly adequate for a holiday focussed on mainly spending your time in the parks, with occasional cooking in the accommodation. Recommended!

Gayle was incredible host. She was very responsive, friendly, and very helpful. It is an older development, but the townhouse is very comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. The kitchen was a bit small for cooking, but we made it work. The lakeside walking path was great. We could watch the Disney fireworks every night across the lake, out the back glass doors. The high ceilings made the living area feel very roomy.

Perfect venue for our trip

The location was perfect for our needs: Universal Studios 10 minutes away, the Convention Center (for the Orlando Megacon) 10 minutes away and tons of retaraunts just a quick drive away. The condo was set up for relaxation after busy days exploring and enjoying what Orlando has to offer. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and living room furniture along with multiple TV’s. Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental! Gayle was readily available for any questions/concerns. Would definitely not think twice about coming back.

We were in town to visit Universal for 3 days. We were a 4-10 min ride from the parks depending on traffic. Ubers found us easily. Wal mart just down the street was very convenient for park snacks! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, property needs some attention

Great location for our trip to Disney and Universal. Close to everything. Easy checking in and out. We had some issues with the AC not working the first day and was able to reach thw owner who was responsive and we got it fixed the second night of our stay. Sliding glass door was tough to open and noticed it was leaking during heavy rain. Upon our arrival there were several dead roaches on the floor throughout the condo, I am assuming was just recently treated but would suggest to have that checked and removed before guest check in. That along with the 80 degree heat the first night didn’t make for a great experience. Overall it fit our need for quick access spot to theme parks and owner was responsive. For the price would recommend to stay for a family.

Great location to Orange County Convention Center and parks. Close to Walmart for supplies. The condo is like photos with the exception of the appearance of size of living room and kitchen space. We had two adults and a teen and we were glad we didn’t have to share the space. Bedrooms are good size. The furniture could be updated/deep cleaned as well as the carpet. The bathrooms were clean! I will say we missed having a pool. The area around the condos was a bit dark and the condo next door is marked uninhabitable. We felt safe, but found those things questionable. All in all, the price and location could not be beat and we were only there to sleep.

I loved the ease of access, the extra parking spot, two full bathrooms, the pool access, and the very clear, easy to understand, instructions that Gayle leaves in a welcome booklet. Aside from the neatly folded towels and hotel style toiletries, you feel like you're living in your own home, rather than a hotel room, or a hostel, which some rental homes have the tendency to do. And the fact that there's a really decent Walmart right around the corner helps, to stock up on supplies for the longer stay. The only drawbacks are minor. The stove is a little outdated, one of the glass shower doors won't close, the TV remotes are unprogrammed universal remotes, and the cable box in the upstairs bedroom would not work. But the good outweighs the not-so-good by a wide margin. I would highly suggest staying here if your frequenting the convention center or vacationing at Disney and Universal. It is close and accessible to everything in that area. A 10 out of 10 place to stay, all the way.

Perfect place for our Disney trip

Handicap accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower! This was great for my parents while myself, husband and daughter stayed in the upstairs bedroom since with 2 beds. The bathroom upstairs was great too. Air conditioning was nice and chilled quick. We didn't cook but it looked like all the things to cook with were there. Great apt size fridge worked for us. There were ice cube trays in the freezer. There was dish soap and sponge. There were starter rolls of TP and paper towels and laundry soap sheets under the sink which came in handy for washing towels during our stay. Some things to note: there were only 4 wash cloths and 5 of us (condo sleeps 6). I wish I would have brought a loofa or extra wash cloths. The laundry is nice but it is a short walk to the laundry room. It is only pay with card, not coins. There is a Keurig machine and a few K-Cups but no sugar or creamer. If that's what you like in your coffee, you can bring cream and sugar. No spices/oils for cooking. Walmart is a super short drive to get those things if you want to do some cooking. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay. I would definitely book this condo or with Gayle White again!!! She is a wonderful host! We were literally 15 minutes away from Disney and Universal! So convenient and comfy! The area seemed safe and we did not have any trouble while we were there. We felt safe walking to do laundry at night and relaxing on the patio in the morning. Beautiful sunset over the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We visited both Disney and Universal, and this was convenient to both. The apartment itself is not huge but is very nice and suited us well. We saw the Sea World fireworks over the lake and enjoyed walks around the property. Be sure to use the fan as directed upstairs because it helps keep it cool!

Schools are good, the weather is perfect 90% of the year and the sunshines almost all the time. The property is located right in the center of Disney, Universal and Sea World. The location doesn't get any better. With a lake, a major resort next door and updated townhomes to offer vacation renters, this location is the best in the area. There is also 24/7 security.

What makes this property unique

It's so close to everything. Attractions, shopping, restaurants and even a hospital are within minutes. The townhouse is roomy, updated and comfortable. I'm constantly improving it with new furniture, decor accents, high grade sheets and towels and doing all I can to ensure guests have a great time.
