Very inviting, clean and well stocked in the kitchen and baths. Pool was awesome. Neighbor was gated and very nice. Owner was just a text or call away for any questions. Looking forward to booking again. Highly recommend this awesome property.

Relaxing fun home away from home

Enjoyed a few days to relax, swim, play games and hang out with family. Clean well stocked home with all the little things to add comfort. Kid and pet friendly. Great location for walking and nice facilities in neighborhood. Wonderful host with great communications. Beautiful home!

Perfect for family trip

This is our second time staying at this location. Jim is a wonderful host. He has a clean welcoming home. Plenty of space. Very nice pool. Nice comfortable beds and super clean rooms. Really nice big comfortable couch. My daughter loved it so much she left a sweet note on the whiteboard there. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Very good communication from the owner. House was ready early which was great. Grandkids liked the pool. Very quiet community. 30 minutes to just about everything. Would stay here again.

Incredible property

Our family had a wonderful week at Jim's beautiful home. The home has everything needed, pool and patio is perfect and the community amenities provide endless fun for active kids.

Great December stay

We really enjoyed this clean and comfortable home. It was not far from Orlando but away from the crowds. The host was very responsive and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer

Our host, Jim was extremely accommodating and his home was welcoming. The grandchildren loved the pool and we enjoyed the location of the home to all our destinations. We would definitely consider booking with Jim again if we need a place near Orlando.

Christmas Vacation

This year we decided to spend our family Christmas vacation in Orlando and Jim and his house did not disappoint. We felt right at home. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the back yard and amazing sunset was a hit with my wife. When we vacation in Orlando again we will definitely try to stay here.

Jim was flexible and accommodating. He helped us evacuate from the storm and was a perfect host. Great house. Great location. Everything is close by. Enjoyed the pool. And the neighbors were all out helping each other. I will stay there again sometime.

Great home with awesome pool

We had a great stay, home was as advertised and the pool was awesome! We enjoyed being a little bit further out from the busy area of Orlando but close enough to where we needed to be. Jim was a great host and provided everything we needed and was easily reachable if needed. You will not be disappointed.

The Perfect Place

What an amazing way to spend a weekend in Orlando! The house was beautiful and so welcoming. The pool and patio were great. Most of all, the house was clean and obviously well cared for. But it was the personal touch with welcoming things like a greeting written to us that made it very special to us.

Lovely Home

Our family and Boston Terrier loved Jim's home. Everything about the home was welcoming and Jim was great to work with. Home was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our daughter enjoyed her early morning runs. We all enjoyed the pool. It was a perfect way to welcome in the New Year.

A most enjoyable month!

The pictures of this home don't do it justice, it's even nicer than it looks! Its setting is in a wonderful, quiet, and gated community. The home is very comfortable. If there is a level above premier host, Jim is there. He is quick to respond and is so kind and helpful. We hope we will be able to stay again someday!

FANTASTIC!!!

Jim was a fantastic host and this property was wonderful. I have rented several places in the Orlando area and this is by far the best. He was great to communicate with, very friendly, and the house was super clean and very well taken care of. Well stocked and supplied with anything necessary. Pool was very nice and neighborhood very quiet. Sunsets were amazing and the family of sandhill cranes walking around put it over the top. We could not have been happier. Will definitely be staying again.
