Design Gardens is a spacious, airy and bright apartment, ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment is 109 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, a living room with dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with ocean view and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, washer, stovetop, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a residential area 2 km from the city centre.
Within a 3-10 minute walk there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
As far as public transport is concerned, there is a bus stop 3 minutes away, which ensures easy and economical access to the city center if you don't have a car.
For those who have a car, from the parking lot of the building, there is easy access to the city center and the main roads to travel to any part of the island.
REMARKS
There is a road nearby, and as such there may be traffic noise, which is attenuated by closing the windows.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
