Renovated 2 bedroom apartment with great views of the Mediterranean, 300-meters air distance from the beach. New furnitures.
10 min to Marbella and 20 min from the airport in Malaga. 8-900m walk to the beach.
2 pool areas with several pools for both adults and children as well as a café / bar open all day with several dishes / lunch / dinner and a drink menu on site in season. The apartment is fully equipped, bright and of a high standard. It has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large sofa bed for two people in the living room. The area in front of the terrace and around the corner is to be considered private and belonging, used freely. No road that makes noise so very quiet and calm. The area is fenced in and there is good security. Very well developed common areas with large areas with lawn and trees / palm trees.
