Dream vacations sea front with the family

Dream vacations in front of the sea with the family:
The 68m2 apartment is located in the Panoramic urbanization of Miami Playa facing the sea only 1km from the town center, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the first floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views, as well as a communal area with a swimming pool. The two bedrooms consist of a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, italian coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

We have spent one week at the apartment.Just to say few words - place needs some maintenance.Lights in the bathroom broken (one is hanging from the ceiling), tiles in the shower have gaps, door handle is broken loose, dining room chairs are in bad state.On the photos and from the reviews it is not visible.Be prepared it is not ideal and you will be leaving in the apartment block. So hearing your neighbours from time to time when they decide to arrive home at 02:00 am is expected. Also nowhere it is mentioned that the tap water is not drinkable and it was a not very pleasant surprise on the evening of our arrival.Unfortunately, during our stay sea water had a lot of plastic in it and it was not a very good experiece.We won't stay again in this place and in that area.

Schöne wenn auch Zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und auch Fotografiert. Die Wohnung war bei der übernahme Sauber. Die Dusche, die Türen, die Lampen müssen überholt werden. Die Aussicht ist Top und auch der abgesperrte Parkplatz im hinterhof. Der Pool ist schön und Sauber. Die betreuende Person vor Ort kann leider nur Spanisch.

The location is the best thing about Roger’s apartment. Beach front. You can see the sea and the pool from your living room. There are some nice Calas around as well and a supermarket 5min walking.The building has a nice pool and parking spot as well.The only downside, for those checking in, the system can be inconvenient as you need to go to the real state address to get the keys. If you have a car, it’s fine. Like 7min. away.

I want to start by saying that the location of Roger’s place is excellent. Number of beautiful quiet beaches nearby and also not far from supermarket and restaurants. We would happily stay again when returning to Miami Platja.View from the apartment balcony is very nice towards the pool and the sea. We enjoyed having our breakfasts and lunches there, and during San Juan it was great spot to watch the fireworks.If you are traveling with car, parking in the underground garage was also great. We considered renting bikes for few days, but we were hesitant to do that since there wasn’t obvious safe location to park & lock the bikes at the apartment courtyard. Bike infrastructure looked nicely developed around Miami Platja and Hospitalet de L Infant.Internet connectivity was important for our stay because my spouse had to work a bit, and unfortunately connection speed wasn’t quite what was promised due to some misunderstanding. It was relatively slow mobile broadband instead of fibre bro
