El apartamento está genial. Muy bien ubicado cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, pero a la vez muy tranquilo. Equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar y destacar la limpieza y sobre todo, la terraza la cual es una gozada, lo mismo para desayunar que para una cena tranquila. Hemestado

Das war eine unvergessliche Ferien Woche in Paradies! Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Francisco Jeronimo empfangen!Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, befinden sich im Erdgeschoss ( Behindert gerecht).Super bequeme Betten. In der Küche hatte man alles und im sehr guten Zustand! Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Terrasse, es wurde dort jede Minute genossen! Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber hat von 10 bis 22 Uhr auf.Strand ist traumhaft und nur paar Metern von Wohnung entfernt ! Eine Woche war zu wenig, deswegen nächste mal kommen wir für zwei Wochen wieder 😉! Lg Viktoria

Estancia perfecta

Piso en planta baja con terraza, dos habitaciones grandes ( una cama doble 150 y otra dos camas) y dos baños completos con ducha. Salon comedor con dos sofa-cama y cocina con lavaplatos y lavadora, horno, microondas, tostadora y varias cafeteras (muchos utensilios y vajilla nueva). Piscina comunitaria muy buena, varias alturas y piscina para peques. La playa al cruzar el paseo, salida directa desde la finca, ah! Y plaza de parquing (no techada) incluida. Bueno, me ha encantado el estilo del piso, la iluminación (mucha luz en todas las estancias), los baños aunque no muy amplios son modernos y funcionales, la zona es supertranquila, nos dormiamos con el oleaje de fondo. Pero sobre todo se nota el enorme esfuerzo que han puesto en la LIMPIEZA y el control de la humedad, que en un sitio como este es mucha. A un paseo andando de la zona de restaurantes (Jerónimo nos recomendó algunos) y cerca de Port Aventura y lugares a visitar. Gracias por el detalle a la entrada (cava y caramelos) y por dejarnos quedar pasada la hora de comer. Creo que repetiremos porque nos ha sabido a poco una semana.

Apartamento muy bonito y equipado, trato con el proprietario muy agradable, zona muy tranquila, la playa a 1 minuto, salir del recinto y bajar a la cala, muy centrico, cruzar la linea de tren que ya no funciona y estas en pleno centro de Miami, sin duda repetiremos y detallazo de Jeronimo en dejarnos el apartamento todo el domingo cuando normalmente habia que dejarlo a las 12h. 100% recomendable.

Perfect!!! Recommend it!!!

We really enjoed our stay at the apartment. It’s very convenient and has everything you might need. Very clean and fresh. Very well situated near quite beach, few steps to city center with shops and restaurants. We were little afraid that it doesn’t have AC, but we didn’t really need it. The sun turns only in the morning and the apartment doesn’t heat up even when it’s over 30 degrees outside (we stayed 2 weeks in July). Thank you Jeronimo, it was really a pleasure to deal with you!

Excellent accommodation in great location

Excellent accommodation in great location. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, good facilities. Comfortable beds and free clean towels and linen supplied for use. Very warm welcome from owner and son. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and would book again if returning to Miami Playa.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Appartement très agréable, très propre et très bien exposé (à l'ombre toute la journée) avec petite terrasse où mes filles ont pu jouer tranquillement. Conforme aux photos, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est impeccable il n'y a pas trop de monde malgré notre séjour en juillet. La plage (petite crique) est à deux pas de l'appartement, juste la rue à traverser, quelques marches à descendre et vous y êtes. Sans oublier des propriétaires très sympathique et qui parle français. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Apartamento muy bien situado y perfecto

El apartamento lo tiene todo, dos habitaciones, dos baños, una cocina completamente equipada (horno y lavavajillas también), un salón amplio y una terraza para poder comer disfrutando del sonido del mar. Se encuentra justo en una cala muy tranquila, por lo que se puede disfrutar de la playa a pocos pasos. La zona es ideal para poder pasar unos días tranquilos, ideal para familias o quien busque pasar unos días de descanso en la playa. Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento, está todo nuevo, muy limpio y la atención del propietario es excelente, todo facilidades. Gracias por todo!

Super Vacances

Super accueil du propriétaire. Appartement très propre,spacieux et très fonctionnel à tout juste 50 mètres de la mer. Tout est conçu pour se sentir comme à la maison. La grande piscine est un plus indéniable. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et espérons y retourner l'année prochaine. Nous conseillons la location sans problème.

Vacances magnifiques

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de tout. 2 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de douches équipées, tout le confort d'un appartement de vie (machine à lessiver, cuisine équipée complète, TV, ...) et dans un état impeccable. Situé dans un lotissement de 2 batiments, nous avions peur de ne pas trouver de place à la piscine ... En réalité, la piscine était quasi pour nous tous seuls :) Nous n'avons rien à dire de négatif, certainement nos plus belles vacances en appartement. Nous connaissions Miami Platja auparavant, sa ligne de train, ses commerces et avons vite retrouvés nos marques. Acceuil du propriétaire le 1° jour, tout sourire, très gentil et serviable. Meme chose pour la remise des clefs. De réelles belles vacances ! On y sera l'année prochaine ! :) Famille SIMON (Belgique)

Apartamento muy agradable y limpio. Corresponde a las fotografias. Ha sido renovado hace poco asi que todo es nuevo en los baños. Muy cerca de la playa y con una piscina privada para la residencia. Los proprietarios son muy simpaticos, disponibles y agradables. A aconsejar !
