Great view in a quiet little town

Great location from which explore the eastern side of Sao Miguel. Check in was easy and the house was clean. The beds were not super comfortable, but that was our only issue. The hosts were wonderful! They were responsive and friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome. Loved it!

Balcony With a View

We had a lovely stay in Achada. The location of the property is spectacular. We enjoyed the house with all the amenities, especially the kitchen. Having the use of a washing machine was so nice. It's a fairly secluded village in Nordeste, but exactly what we were looking for. We would return in a heart beat!

The property was very nice with a beautiful view of the water. The hosts could'nt have been more hospitable.The only downside for us were the comfortability of one of the beds. One was quite firm which I liked, the other was quite hard.

Good location for exploring the north east corner

Great seaviews & sunsets from the upstairs apartment. Spacious accommodation in a very quiet area of Achada. The new road connects Achada well to anything that there is to see in the northeast of including a spectacular road to Furnas! The balcony is only narrow, enough to put a chair and soak up the evening sun. The BBQ is shared use with the downstairs apartment, but comes with wood provided. The owner was very tolerant of our late arrival and inability to find this actually easy to find place (It’s next to the church in Achada. Btw the church is very quiet and has not woken us up).

Muito gratos pelas suas palavras, realmente a nossa casa está situada num sitio maravilhoso, muito calmo e o por do sol é espetacular. Escreve sobre o piso superior " piso 0 ", mas o piso térreo " -1 " tem também um ótimo espaço e a mesma vista ( é praticamente igual ao que ocuparam ). A Achada é uma pequena freguesia rural, muito verde, mas com muito bons acessos para toda a Ilha. Esta localidade fica muito perto do Centro de Saúde, tem uma Farmácia, dois Mini mercados e Cafés com parque de estacionamento privativo. A população desta localidade é muito delicada, prestável e meiga. Gostamos de receber a todos com a máxima delicadeza e amizade. Tudo fazemos para que os nossos inquilinos se sintam muito bem e felizes. Em cada cliente um amigo que fica para sempre em nossos corações.

Vista e tramonto magnifici

La casa è in una posizione bellissima per godere ogni sera del tramonto sull’oceano. Il paese è tranquillo e silenzioso, ma comodo alle vie di comunicazione. Horacio è stato molto accogliente e disponibile!

Bonjour, Pas de piscine,de bains à remous, de SPA Wifi non fonctionnel. Téléviseur non fonctionnel Super vue sur l'Océan Village calme. Il y a 2 locations dans cette maison séparées par une porte coulissante et un escalier ( faut juste que les occupants du dessous soient silencieux) Propriétaire joignable facilement, et serviable.

Un casa con un potencial sin explotar.

La casa tiene potencial pero creo que tiene que pulir destalles importantes para convertirse en un buen alojamiento. Los.colchones y almohadas tendrían que ser.cambiados porque si no es imposible descansar. La nevera por ejemplo aunque está limpia tiene partes oxidadas que a simple vista te echan para atrás. Aunque hemos estado a gusto creo que una modernización y cambios de algunos elementos serían imprescindibles para volver o recomendar a otros uuarios.

Semana intensa en San Miguel

La casa es amplia, cómoda ,limpia y con unas vistas excelentes. Está en la costa Norte pero la isla es pequeña y lo más lejos está a una hora en coche y las carreteras son buenas.

Urlaub in Acharda

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen - schöner Blick auf den Atlantik mit Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Die Betten sind sehr kein und nicht nicht komfortabel. In der Küche gab es keine Kaffeemaschine, der Kühlschrank war rostig und nicht abgetaut. Auf der Terasse (wir wohnten im Obergeschoss) gab es keine Stühe, sie war auch sehr schmal. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Zu Maria Himmelfahrt war leider nicht an an Schlaf bis weit nach Mitternacht zu denken,. Die Feier auf dem angrenzenden Gemeindeplatz hielt 5 Tage an. Wir würden darüber leider nicht durch den Vermieter informiert. Ansonsten hatten wir eine wunderschönen Urlaub in Achada. Perfekt für Wanderungen geeignet.
