Come enjoy 500 feet of water frontage nestled on 1.6 acres of wooded privacy on magnificent Lake Keowee. Deep emerald green water in wide protected cove, just off main channel.

Our home is conveniently located on Keowee School Road, a quick 8 minutes from downtown Seneca and only 18 minutes from Death Valley, home of the Clemson Tigers.

You are a 5 minute boat ride to Keowee Marina and their Tiki Hut. We are also a quick 10 minutes to Oconee Medical Center, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Moe’s, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Staples, Publix, & Ingles, Planet Fitness, YMCA, & Dunkin Donuts.

We are also a short 45-50 minute drive to beautiful Highlands & Cashiers, NC.

Relax and play on our 26 X 30 custom covered dock with oversized swim platform situated in a wide quiet cove on very deep water with open views. So, bring your boat and water toys to tie up and enjoy! Two paddle boards, multiple floats, 5 oversized noodles, a ping pong table, and a shuffle board table come with the rental. A tailgating table and 4 folding chairs will be available during football season.

Our newly renovated open concept 3,300 sq. ft. home has (4) beds and (3) baths and comfortably sleeps ten (10). Features include ...gorgeous stacked stone gas fireplace, open concept floor plan, lake views from every room of the house, (2) master suites, new stainless steel kitchen with quartz countertops and gas range, spa like master bath with bubble soaking tub, new HVAC, large expansive back new deck overlooking lake, and new landscaping front and back. Our Direct TV with AT&T WiFi package includes all ESPN sports channels. Home has a (2) car garage and plenty of extra parking for your guests. Our large wooded lot allows for easy parking of boat and jet ski trailers. Our downstairs level has a 2nd master, large additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2nd den/rec room for younger guests, and a new kitchenette. There are also 2 very comfortable cushioned gray folding chairs in the upstairs foyer closet for any additional seating needs.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This house was perfect for our family of 5, and had everything we needed for a great week on the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped (spices, oil, dish soap), and there were plenty of noodles, floats, and even a tube for the boat that we rented. The house is situated in a quiet cove, and we spent a lot of time in the lake or fishing off the dock. There were also so many great outdoor areas to enjoy- the deck, the fire pit, and a picnic table outside the kitchen. We highly recommend this beautiful home. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had.

Amazing house on the lake

This house was all it was advertised to be and more. The house was updated and had everything you would need on a vacation. The dock and water were so fun to swim in and the property had so many water toys. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Lake House

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The accommodations are top shelf and the owners have everything you could possibly need to enjoy vacation on the lake. The ice machine on site as well as all the water floats, fishing poles, kayaks make it truly a remarkable place. We plan on coming back next year

Making memories

These accommodations were outstanding! Kitchen and equipment, TVs and program options, outside grill, fire pit, HVAC, quality beds and bedding, baths and bathrooms, and decks all made for a perfect stay! But, the floating boat dock was where we spent most of our time. Safe for kids to jump off and play, ladies to sunbathe, and easy structure from which to fish. This place was the best!!! We had two boats and tied up one to the dock and the other anchored at the shore. Worked great and very convenient.

The Perfect Lakehouse!

We went up to Lake Keowee, for a quick President’s Day weekend trip and this was the perfect place to stay! Even with the weather not being cooperative, we still had plenty to to keep us busy inside and even made a fire in the fire pit, so the kids could cook up some s’mores! The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive and super helpful. We hope to be back again, soon!

Fantastic Family Get Together over Thanksgiving Weekend

This rental easily exceeded our expectations! The photos and description of this property were very accurate. It was a perfect fit for our Family (3 adult kids with spouses plus an almost 2-year old granddaughter). Favorite things included: 1) Sitting on back deck, 2) sitting around fire pit in the evenings, 3) watching our favorite college football team on TV, and 4) the extra refrigeration space was great and did not miss not having to maintain small coolers. The granddaughter loved climbing the rock steps, playing with leaves and pine straw. We all gather for Thanksgiving every 2 years and are looking forward to renting again in 2024. Finally, it was easy to communicate with the owners.

Clemson Graduation Week Dec 2021

We had family coming in from around the US for our daughter’s Clemson graduation and needed a big enough property and this fit the bill. I was in contact with Parks about a week prior asking to check-in a few hours early and he quickly replied, “yes.” We arrived at the house and were stunned with the natural beauty of the property and amazed with the interior, complete with Christmas decorations. The kitchen was stocked perfectly, the rooms were spacious, the bedding was super comfortable and the view was AMAZING. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks on the super clear and warm December days. Everybody was amazed by this property and if we could give it 6 stars across the board we would. VRBO this property with complete confidence, you will be 125% satisfied. Thank you, Parks!

Amazing House and Location!

Wow! What a great house with wonderful views of Lake Keowee. From either of the living rooms, three of the four bedrooms, the kitchen and eating areas, there are awesome views of the lake. You shouldn't come to this house to stay indoors, but there is plenty to do inside should you choose to do so with games, cooking for your family on all new appliances or watching TV on either of the two large screen televisions and the house itself is wonderfully decorated and appears to be recently remodeled. Good job on the renovations by the way. Outside you will find even better views of the lake from the large upstairs deck, the more shaded sitting areas on the concrete patio below the deck or from the boat dock witch also has some shaded areas should you choose to seek shade while down there in the hotter times of the day. We enjoyed having coffee out on the deck in the mornings. There is stuff to do for everyone outside like fishing from the dock or long shoreline, swimming or just relaxing and laying out on the dock. We also enjoyed all the amenities like the paddle boards, kayaks and floats; the availability of beach towels already at the house; and the new propane grill we used to cook some delicious meals. We also made use of the ice cream maker and that was a big hit with everyone in my family. Wish we had a little cooler weather at night to take advantage of the fire pit a little more, but my brother-in-law did insist on using it one night in about 90 degree weather to make some s'mores. We sweated, but did enjoy the s'mores. Parks, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions. This place is close to everything you need. Pretty much you just need to pack some clothes and grab some food to cook and everything else is there waiting on you. Me and my family had the pleasure to stay at this house for a week at the end of August 2018 and this was the first time for us in this area, but certainly not our last. Everyone we encountered was so nice. You only need to drive a few miles west or northwest and be in the mountains with great hiking trails and curvy scenic roads. I kind of hate to give it such a glowing review for fear of word getting out and this property being booked up every week..ha ha. Hopefully we will make it back to this area soon and I hope we will be able to stay here again. Just wish it wasn't such a long drive from the northeastern area of North Carolina, but it was well worth the drive. Thanks, Allen

Wow, just wow!! We have nothing but good things to say about our time on lake Keowee. The house and accommodations were a perfect fit for our family of nine. The home is beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating inside and out, comfy beds, and activities to keep everyone entertained. We cooked, fished, played games and had s’mores on the firepit with stunning views of the lake. Close to Clemson with lots of things to do in the area. Park’s was responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Our only complaint was not staying here for a longer period of time!!

Wonderful Waterfront Home - 5 Stars!

Our group was extended family (ages 21-50’s) visiting for Clemson graduation and we could not have been more pleased! Absolutely our favorite VRBO property to date! This property has it all. From the spectacular views of the lake, easy gentle slope to walk down to the dock, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, a large deck including a semi private area off master, wide lot so you couldn’t see the neighbors, and on and on.Everything was thought of - hand soap provided at sinks, shampoo and body soap in showers if you forgot yours, detergent, dish soap, sponges, just a nice touch. We didn’t have to worry about shopping or bringing it. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and even spices. Due to the uncooperative weather , we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing fire pit, hammock, or paddle boards. This property had it all.We hope to return again as it was so peaceful!The host was very good at communicating all the details and responsive to any questions we had.Thank you!!!!!

We have spent the last 9 months renovating this home into a bright modern slightly contemporary vacation spot for families, Clemson fans, and vacationers to enjoy. What makes this property unique

One of the homes special features is that you have beautiful water views from almost every room in the house. It also is very private! Another unique feature is the abundance of natural light. There are the 4 large skylights, 2 in the kitchen and 2 in the master bath. There are also 8 sets of large glass sliding doors off the downstairs master, upstairs master, den, kitchen/dining area, and downstairs rec room.
