About Jeff and Sarah Arvin
We moved to the Atlanta area from San Francisco in the early 2000s and quickly realized that we missed the water activities that we had enjoyed in the Bay Area. In addition, I spent my summers while growing up going to a family lake house and was very active in all things water related such as water skiing, wake boarding, fishing, etc. Therefore, given the land-locked nature of Atlanta it was a natural that we began hunting for a lake house.
Jeff and Sarah Arvin purchased this House in 2005
Why Jeff and Sarah Arvin chose Seneca
We purchased this property because we really like the "big water" views and being on a quiet point lot at the end of a cul de sac. In addition, the proximity to Clemson was a very positive benefit!
What makes this House unique
House is situated very close to Clemson University (10 minutes by car or boat) to easily enjoy all that the university has to offer, yet far enough away to be a private oasis!
