Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment located a few meters from La Caleta beach. a good choice to enjoy the most authentic Cádiz

The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated building in the center of Cádiz. It has a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double double bed.

It is located in the heart of the Viña neighborhood, one of the most authentic in the city, surrounded by a large number of bars and restaurants. La Caleta beach is a few meters from the apartment and there are several public parking lots in the surroundings.

Access

Clean, great location, exactly as described so overall very happy. We did have problems on arrival accessing the building as the front door lock did not work as per instructions. We were able to contact the managers of the property who were very helpful and sent a maintenance man to help us in. The issue was then resolved but had caused a fair amount of distress. Hope this can be resolved. Did find all the staff involved very helpful.
